I have moved my car insurance to the…

I have moved my car insurance to the AA. They have sent an email advising me to access my documents etc online. Great. It accepted my email address as I have AA breakdown cover and the App but will not add my insurance to the app. When I access the app and click on insurance it just offers me a quote. So, the policy is active but have no way so far of accessing the docs. I have tried registering again but won’t accept as they already have my email address on record. Not sure I have enough hours left in my life to spend any more time on this. HELP!

Excellent Customer Service

I received a Home mini and set it up as per instructions but was not able to receive live electricity usage. Although it was a weekend I emailed the helpline assuming it would be picked up Monday. To my surprise I received a reply from China L within a few hours advising me that it would be sorted at Octopus and to try again. Pleased to say when I tried again it worked perfectly. Excellent service. Prompt intervention and reply. Thank you China.

Podpoint Success Story

Podpoint worked with me to arrange a time suitable for me after I had to cancel the original date. Fraser provided excellent service. Electrician turned up on time, made an excellent job of the installation and put my mind at rest that this 76 year old can learn new tricks!! The charger has so far done everything I expected and the App is a useful tool to keep an eye on the cost of charging.
