The replacement card reader pairs.

The replacement card reader pairs with the phone! Thank heavens. At last. Communication has been a bit long winded but we got there in the end. Phone staff have been polite, but I don't remember my old reader being as difficult as this episode to get operating. Upgrade of software needed?

At least they are responding regularly to my problem, but I seem to get the same advice every day with no answer to my predicament.

Slow service. Poor communication.

Only one star at moment as I have not received my purchase.
Raised it to 2 stars now as Trust Pilot review was acted upon.
Penarth Road Tredz branch does not answer the phone or reply to recorded messages. Cannot believe they are so busy as not to have five minutes in a day to act on such things.
