Since privatization

Since privatization, they now charge 30p for a postman making a delivery to your house. On Tuesday I paid to have a letter collected 1st Class and be signed for and collected on the 24th Sept. When I went to the site to check why, they can, apparently choose when they collect up to a week. This was an important business letter that had to be delivered on the 24th. I will never use online collection again. The nearest post office oto us is never open due to internet issues and on the on one the one time I managed to get served they refused saying they could not understand what I wanted - I speak Queen's English and am British Born and Bred - unlike those in the post office

Shrewsbury
Viewed a property to rent in North Wales. Travelled from Reading so paid for a hotel for overnight. Admitted to having an IVA and told no problem 6 months rent up front. Packed up our current property. No reply so phoned the agent who said ‘they don’t want to proceed. Good luck in finding somewhere to live’ have written a document explaining our situation- read but no reply. WhatsApp about no reply and asked to put our case forward as the rent has been reduced. Read but again no reply. Also, told we did not earn enough to cover the rent - they can ask for 30 times the rent - £45k. My husband and I turn over £165k per year. This the the agents not the landlord I’m sure Rude and ignorant staff - use at your peril!

Scammed order

Order flowers to be delivered on 3rd of May for my son and daughter in laws anniversay. They did not arrive. Made a complaint via the website, This was not answered. When I checked the order, someone had gone in to this, changed my flowers to another arrangement, cancelled the vase and aorderd praline chocolates (my daughter has a nut allergy), but best of all they had the flowers sent to an address in the Netherlands. My son and daughter in law live in our house! Not sure how an employee can scam an account like this

I can see the order you are referring to is the order placed last year. This included a vase and was for the Rose and Lily bouquet. Poor choice of airline!

Went to book to go to koh samui. They only use Eva Air. I like to know my seats at booking. No extra legroom seats available and return flight had no seats at all available. Looked at upgrading to premium. This booking is not authorised to upgrade. You can put your name on a list to bid for better seats. Cancelled the holiday

We have other airlines that fly to your location, this would have been available to you under 'change flights' on our website before your booking was made. All airlines give you the option to purchase seating prior to travel, this is subject to availability. I am sorry again if the seats you wanted were not available for you to purchase.

Lazy Driver who can’t read

Parcel left in public view
Left outside in the rain - soggy food parcel
Driver too lazy to walk through gate and leave in porch AGAIN!!!!

Want to have parcels stollen?

Drivers cannot read instructions and leave parcels where passers by can steal them

Poor service in the restaurant

Poor service in the restaurant. Waited to be seated even though there were people walking around doing nothing. Tables were dirty and had not been cleared. No smiles or rapport from the staff. Ordered through the app. People who came in after us received their drinks before we did. Went to ask where ours was and the ticket was found on the floor. The Cups with the milk jugs was out down heavily on the table spilling the milk. I had the welsh rarebit - bread crust was rock hard and the cheese overcooked. Also the portions were a lot small than when it was Rosebourne - ie a lot more expensive. Somewhere else added to my list of not to go back to. Bring back Rosebourne and their happy to serve and work staff.

Good departure experience

Good departure experience. However this was poor on the return. Hotel was good overall. On arrival we found all our information was incorrect including the fact we had requested twin beds. Did not realised the rooms are on a hill with steep slopes and uneven steps. The hotel was closing this weekend so facilities were gradually reduced. Food was good but after a week was repetative
