I had to give one star because there…

I had to give one star because there isn't an option for none. Worst customer service in Ireland. I have been weeks trying to get my no claims bonus cert from them and my new insurer is threatening to cancel. A no claims cert is my property and that company has no right to keep it from me. STAY AWAY

Hi Noreen, proof of NCD discount will be shown in the renewal documents we send out. Can we just double check that your insurance is with us in the UK or if it's AA Ireland you're referring to? We've sent an email requesting more info so we can check.

I have been defrauded by that company…

I have been defrauded by that company lulutox. If you go back in the reviews, you will find that so have hundreds of others.
I ordered 1 item, they charged for 3. Against my wishes, they tried to get a subscription.
They have refused to refund me unless I remove my reviews.
If you have been robbed by these scammers, contact your local police and the European Anti Fraud Office OLAF
They have refused to refund me, despite the products being returned.

You can't trust trust pilot

You can't trust trust pilot. Despite recieving proof that companies are paying for good reviews, and offering money to remove bad ones, trust pilot let scammers advertise here.

SCAMMERS.

SCAMMERS.
That company has conned me out of money. I ordered 1 item, the confirmation email said I had ordered 3. They also signed me up for a subscription unknowns to me. When contacted they refused to cancel even though it was immediately after the order for 1 item was placed. They have tried to blackmail me. They say they will only refund my money if I take down my reviews. They have confirmed that the items were returned and still refuse to refund me.

Scammers and refusing to refund unless I remove my review

Scammers. And this is a review of the customer service.
This company scammed me. I ordered 1, they charged and sent 3 after I said cancel. I've seen the same thing from others. If the products were any good, that company wouldn't need to rip off people.
There seems to be a pattern of irritating customers through emails. There is a very good YouTube video showing hundreds of similar complaints about being scammed, overcharged and annoyed.
Re customer service. After dozens of irritating emails, lulutox are now blackmailing me for my refund. They have offered me a full refund only if I remove my review.
STAY AWAY.

Stay away from them

I ordered drummer gloves on the 13th of December and they have not been delivered. Today is Dec 30th.
I thought I was buying from an Irish company but gear4music seem to use the ".IE" to mislead customers in to thinking they are buying Irish.
I will never buy from them again.

I signed up to a MONTHLY payment and…

I signed up to a MONTHLY payment and this company stole hundreds from my account. I can not pay my bills and they are refusing to give me back my money for 7 days. Stay clear no matter how good the product is.
If they have to resort to this behavior they can't have much faith in their own products

Worst delivery company. Avoid like the plague…

I have never dealt with a more incompetent and deceitful company in my life.
They will overcharge you by not allowing exact topups and when your property gets lost they will deceive you as to it's whereabouts while lying as to when you will be compensated for your loss.
The phone customer service is matched only by the online uncaring numpties.
