Won't reply to emails, unable to contact by phone. Waste of time.

Edit as a reply to the response below, you did NOT reply to my email at all regarding the missing parts and have not replied to a subsequent email for 3 more spare parts. I have resent it via your contact us form on the website. Hopefully you can reply to that ?

We are sorry you have had this experience.
We received your email about your missing part at 17:45 on Thursday evening, and replied to this at 09:02 Friday morning, confirming we would send out the missing part straight away.
This was received by you on Saturday by Dpd.
Can you please advise if you have had any further issues?

Why can’t delivery drivers read ?

Why can’t delivery drivers read simple instructions. Clearly shown on our front door to leave round the back but no, leaves it on the front path in full view of the road and anyone passing.
