Buisness Suicide by Stupidity
The new formula has turned a premium brand product into a poor substitute where you can now save a few quid by buying one of the other brands. It seems to be a new problem across the globe where companies make these decisions with clearly no knowledge of their customers needs or their own products. Amongst other problems the fact the new formula disintegrates in the mouth and most of it falls out before getting a chance to brush or function as it should.
