We had an issue with the caravan whilst we were away. We spoke to Stacy in the service dept and she immediately put me through to Colin the caravan technician. He was very helpful on the phone, trying to solve the problem and also when we called in to Leisure Sales on the way home. It was fixed very quickly and he explained the electrical fault. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Trying to book an experience on their website is an absolute nightmare. Apparently fairly easy for people to buy a voucher as a gift but incredibly hard for the person receiving it to redeem. Very user unfriendly and you can't actually speak to anyone in customer service to resolve a problem. We finally booked by ringing the venue direct who were very straightforward and helpful. I wouldn't use Red Letter Days for a gift to anybody.
