Bought three nerite snails

Bought three nerite snails. Arrived in excellent condition and well packed. Quick delivery. This was the second order also the first order was brilliant. Definitely will order again.

Second time that the bus did not arrive…

Second time that the bus did not arrive on time. First waited half an hour and finally get the taxi to the airport not to miss my flight. Contacted customer service they said third party operated that bus they will check. First they said the bus was on time, second they said late 15min. The tracker said not trackable the bus. Later suddenly showed the bus arrives 15 min late which is not true. Other 9 passenger were at the bus station. Second the tracker showed the bus departed 1 hour later from the origin destination. I get taxi again not to miss my flight. Again suddenly changed the tracker that the bus departed on time and arrived 15 min late. Not accurate awful service. I will try to avoid to use again as I pay for nothing.

Excellent service

The first album printed wrong but Emilia from the customer support was very helpful and credited for a new one. Also explained how can I add the stamp to the first page. I have just received my new album and it is perfect. Thank you so much. Definitely I will order in the future too.

Engineer came to repair my washing

Engineer came to repair my washing machine. Spent 15 minutes then he found a piece of styrofoam behind the drum in the cover. He was sure that caused the noise while spinning the machine. He left without to test the machine. 10 min later we tried it was still the same noise. Called customer service email sent to recall the engineer. Only promising that engineer will get back to me withing 2 working days. It's over a week now nothing happened. Poor service and communication. Paid 96 pounds for nothing. I want my money back!!

Bought a used corsa from Weston Super…

Bought a used corsa from Weston Super Mare. As soon as I paid the car and took it home during the way problem came out. Called them back and took it back the car in the service. Couple of days later they said repaired. After 8 months (now) came out the same symptons, took it to my mechanic who said the cost would be thousand to repair. My problem caused the lack of service even stamped the service book they did not change the oil regularly. (Only vauxhall stamps in the service book and one previous owner). Also they hided the problem as loosing coolant at the thermostat housing. Problem is the bolt cut off and cannot be tightened. Awful service never again buy any car from vauxhall!!
