Happy customer

I saw the Evergreen capsule and the Tassimo reusable pod on Facebook and thought they would both contribute towards my enjoyment of my morning coffee.

I’ve not made a coffee with the capsule yet but have tried it with just water. It heated up quite quickly and the stand will be useful so I can leave it to pour without holding. I’ll be taking with us on an upcoming glamping trip so looking forward to fresh hot coffee outside on a fresh autumn morning.

The Tassimo pod is used everyday to help me reduce the amount of waste when making coffee in the Tassimo machine. I’m still experiencing with the amount of coffee and how much pressure to use to get the perfect cup but not had any problems and the coffee is fine to drink. Definitely better than reverting back to using a cafetière.

Everything went smoothly

Everything went smoothly, from ordering to delivery to assembly. Only slight issue is the table door magnet doesn’t keep the door closed properly.

However, overall 5 stars!

Highly recommend

Highly recommend!
Our first experience didn’t go to plan as the picture arrived damaged in two places but the customer service team were excellent and arranged a replacement to be produced and sent. It arrived in perfect condition.
I was kept informed throughout the process and whilst sadly the Valentine Day gift idea didn’t quite work out, the quality of the picture and the customer service support made up for it!
Will use this company again, safe in the knowledge that when something goes wrong they care enough to put it right. Thanks everyone involved:-D

Teal green cushions were actually…

Teal green cushions were actually evergreen so although they were probably lovely, the description was very different to the reality.

Sent them back, the return process was easy as I used my local post office, but it’s been nearly 3 weeks and my refund has yet to come through. Closer inspection of the small print and I noticed there is a note that refunds may take two weeks plus 3-5 working days. Seems a long time to wait especially as Amazon refunded me on the day I returned the item-they TRUST their customers. Shame.

Problem resolved proactively

There was a be problem with the dispatch of my order, so after about a week Customer Service got in touch with me to update me about this. They offered a full refund or to try again. I opted to try again and my magic corner unit was delivered a few days later.

I appreciate that things go wrong. What impressed me was the proactive approach taken by the Customer Service team.

Would shop here again because they were upfront and honest in their dealings.

Our first time using JustPark

Our first time using JustPark
and we were thrilled with the experience.
As well as being able to park in a handy and secure location for LHR T5, we booked a return trip to the airport with our host under a separate agreement.
Despite having our flight cancelled and rearranged by the airline, when we communicated this to our host he went above and beyond to help us out, which was an amazing gesture and really improved the situation.
When we got back, the car was ready and waiting for us to continue our long journey home.
