Delivery is always quick, the Corals are always packaged up well, kept toasty too.

I ordered 6 of the teddies. .3 have arrived although very late. I contacted customer service loads of times. On a couple of occasions that they have replied I have been asked to confirm that I haven't received all my order. They are saying one order has been delivered. But I hadn't received them. Then you get a email can you confirm. Yes I can confirm I haven't received one part of my order.
I asked about the free gifts that was highlighted if it you purchased 3

It's not a free gift apparently. I was sent a link.to down load something.

I have explained that these was for gifts.
Well I cant give three as I have 6 grandchildren. But they dont appear to be bothered in the slightest.
These are not cheap £95 for 3
I have asked for a refund so I can purchase elsewhere and still no reply.
I am totally disappointed to say the least

I have been purchasing from this company for well over 12 months. The Corals have always been so fairly priced. The quality is 2nd to none. I find that Stevie always tries to purchase real stunning and unusual Corals. Just when you think you had seen them all. Stevie gets more beautiful ones.
If thats possible.

I always used to worry about delivery of mine that I had purchased. Like will they travel ok. Will they be packaged well. The quality of them when they arrive through the postal service. They have always arrived well packaged and nice and toasty.
I have no regrets whatsoever from purchasing from Stevie at DBME. Not like other sellers / companie in the past

Stevie at DBME is very knowledgeable about the stock he sells. Never a question too silly. Stevie will always help you out.
As long as DBME are in business. I won't purchase elsewhere.

I had my second delivery of 2025 today.
I think I'm a little addicted to this coral and fish hobby. The quality of the items doesn't help either as I just want more and more. Plus because they are great in price, so beautiful too, and the packaging of them when they arrive are definitely the absolute best I have ever had.. I can't thank these humans enough the service and care they give is outstanding. Definitely would give more than five stars if I could

I paid for a wall hammer that I have wanted to what feels like a lifetime. Stevie sent me some pictures so I could see the one that I thought was the best. It was a difficult task as they are all so stunning. Stevie sorted out postage and packing. The packaging that my wall hammer was in was outstanding. It's all protected seriously its second to none. My purchase is absolutely stunning. It really is. I would definitely recommend purchasing from these guys. Customer service is outstanding and the corals are stunning.

Why isn't there a 10/10 star rating. I would definitely give the 10 stars. I purchased some coral and from the pictures of them I was absolutely over the moon. When they arrived ohh my goodness, they are amazing. They exceeded my expectations. I'm so over the moon. They arrived well packaged and totally protected. Very healthy too. Communication was excellent and I was kept updated every step of the process. Genuinely I can't rate my experience any better. I will definitely be back to purchase again.
