Worst experience ever!

Getting support for a disturbed flight and getting myTrip to understand it and initiate a refund process from the airline was an impossible experience which no one should have.
The funny part is that the airline accepted the refund but they told me since I bought the ticket through an agency, in this case myTrip, they cannot refund me directly and the agency need to request it!
Still waiting to see what will happen.

Will never buy a ticket from them.

Behavior and delivery time

We expected a 160x50 cm mirror delivery last Friday from DSV and delivery time was between 9 to 13.
I had an important meeting at my office at 14:00 but decided to be at home for delivery.
Around 12:30 some one from DSV contacted told me there will be a delay and they are not sure when it will be at my place. I had to go for the meeting so I left my wife alone with the situation.
We also had a dinner invitation so we were running out of time with being home.
Around 16:00 a very rude driver called my phone to make sure we are home for delivery and he will be there in 10-15 minutes. Long story short, the driver forced my wife to take a big, heavy and long wooden pallet tighten to the mirror with a lots of plastic around the mirror because he had no cutter to separate them and no time to wait my wife bring one from the apartment!
Now my wife have a huge back pain because she dragged the pallet to the building and eventually inside the apartment on level 3!
Btw, I cancelled the dinner and ran home when I found out the story.
Also it is impossible to contact them to make a complaint.
No wonder 1.8 stars. Their service is a match up

Every single delivery is a disappointment

I DON’T want to have any delivery by Bring EVER, but unfortunately you can’t always choose, for example, Amazon randomly assigns your delivery to different carrier and sometimes you are not lucky and end up with Bring!
Here is my last story with Bring:
I paid extra on Amazon to have home delivery. I was working from home, my phone rang but nobody was there then call dropped. I knew it should be from Bring, so I called back but no answer. Then I received a text right then saying “we came by but no one was home, go and pick up your package from the pickup point”! I got angry and called the number again no one answered, so I decided to call the number nonstop to get the guy. After 15 minutes of calling, a very rude guy answered the phone and said, “you are draining my phone battery!!!”
The worst part is that the Bring’s pickup point to my place is so far away that I need to get a bus or drive by car.
At the end I paid extra for home delivery and Bring wast my time and put extra cost for me to go and get my package myself.
Such a shame!
