Constantly going down and blaming it on…

Constantly going down and blaming it on Google for their problems, paid for a lifetime edition of this and it's destroyed our production line. We used it as it was simple and they started adding ai things we didn't need.
Nobody replied to my email when I asked if they would do me a simple offline version without the ai rubbish. I feel like the product is not fit for use anymore.

Veolia is just a joke

Veolia is just a joke, George Randall is useless, extra charges for his mistakes over and over, taken 5 months just to half resolve my issue and still not any further forward. Legal battle is just about to begin with you.

really disappointed

the driver on multiple occasions now has been booked for a late delivery time, as a business we stay open late to accommodate this paying staff to be here. 3 times now he has just put his hand over the camera and taken a photo saying we were not here. plenty of cctv on our business would show otherwise im guessing he is one who wants an early finish or didn't want to come down the industrial estate to see if we were still open.
every other driver is great and on time, but never this one, too busy stuffing his face with a kfc half the time when he turns up late if he ever turns up

great service they provide

great service they provide and it really helps us with the cashflow for our business, no heavy credit checks for smaller amounts and 12 months to pay back. cheaper rates for us than borrowing via sum up and not paying back with card transactions ect.
after paying 1/3 of the balance they offered us a top up on the loan and we did take it this time with Christmas coming up we used the increase to buy stock for the festive period.

been a good start with iwoca

been a good start with iwoca, we haven't had a lot of credit before being a small business. but likes of sum up cash advance you pay back based on card sales and was about 30% even if you paid back early. and iwoca come in a lot less with better borrowing options and pay back early to pay less.

Worst company going for internet

Worst company going for internet, have overcharged me from day one,
Even charged me for returning the router at the end of my contract......
had my services stop because they couldn't take my direct debit one month but could the following month without problems but still turned my services off even tho I had to add another card when the 2nd card apparently failed aswell.... Then forced to have no internet for over 2 weeks while they sorted the "error"
Compensation I asked for was 2 weeks worth of internet I was offered £5.
Megan by far the worst belittling attitude I've ever had to deal with on the phone and called me a lier.
The internet speed you offer isnt what you get. You pay for one stream assure or whatever it's called for extra cost in which doesn't make a difference if you're not getting the speed you paying for why should you pay extra for it.
I was on the 80 plan and I was lucky to get 5mbps.
Any review on trust pilot is probably someone who's contract hasn't started properly because they beg you to write on as soon as you take the internet out.
The overseas customer service chat with jahad and Kumar ect ect who can't understand a word you're saying is of 0 help, I'd have better chance speaking to ai than them.
And the phone number is atleast a 40-50 minute wait if you can find the number to ring as they have hidden it online as much as they can because they get so many complaints.
I have submitted a change back with my bank for the extra payments and router charges and I really hope you loose.

Bunch of con artists from day one

Bunch of con artists from day one. no cooling off period for you to read the terms they mislead you on. they script the calls to say they're acting on behalf of .... but say it in such a sheepish way and very quiet apart form the providers name. the contract is 36 months so a buy out will only cost you £1000 more than the original contract if not more.

We are sorry to hear that you have not been happy with the tariff and that we were unable to offer you a renewal tariff that was acceptable to you when we spoke to you earlier in the year.

When we carry out the renewal review, if the new tariff is acceptable this would mean agreeing to a new contract term as with any mobile contract, and similarly should you wish to exit the contract before the end of the contract date you would need to pay termination costs.

Turning to your statement that we are con-men and make it sound like we are calling from a network - this is simply not so, the script is clear that we are calling from yourmobile.com and all documentation issued confirms this.

Ionos Trumps fasthosts

I previously used Fasthosts but they are 0/10 for service and websites. i swapped to ionos and never looked back 10/10.
purchased the prestashop site and its fairly easy to do once you get used to it.
Fast host had a wordpress builder and it just didnt work. constantly crash or log you out.
