I am having the most appalling…

I am having the most appalling situation. Having used this company for building control during covid, I am now trying to access the information they have on file, to help me conclude the project, which was impacted by the contractor and architect having to leave the country during the lockdown. London building control are refusing to provide the information they have on file, and proving unhelpful and obstructive replies.

I really enjoy buying at this tore

I really enjoy buying at this store. They have a great range of products, good quality and price. I did buy some fresh raspberries recently and they had lots of maggots in the packet, which was really disappointing as it was on more than one occasion. The brand is Pronatura, so I would suggesting you open the packet or just avoid, as I will. Other than this the fruit and vegetables are excellent.

I have used this company for many…

I have used this company for many years, but at their local shops. Today I called to purchase flowers over the phone, was greeted by an abrupt lady, who told me to book online as it would take a long time to go over the registration process. Sometimes when sending flowers you want to create something personalised. It seemed too much of an effort for their staff to accommodate this. It's a shame as the product is very good. Today I went elsewhere.

I find Amazon a convenient and reliable…

I find Amazon a convenient and reliable shopping experience, using them frequently and receiving all my goods. I have removed 1 star because I want to urge Amazon to ban La Poste in France as a delivery courier. 90% of all packages don't get delivered and we have to collect them from the depot. La Poste do not even ring the bell in an attempt to deliver. So often now I consider using Amazon in France because of this inconvenience. I would add that all other Amazon couriers are excellent, so why do you suffer the horrific La Poste, that are damaging your reputation?

It seems I am not the 1st to give La Poste 1 star. I would strongly suggest that Amazon and other companies offering online shopping avoid using them as 90% of all deliveries don't get delivered. The staff at La Poste have now learnt that if they don't deliver our parcel then we will go and collect it, which is the usual routine. They now don't even bother to ring the bell. If it does not fit in the letter box then it is not delivered. Horrific service.

This product is a must for any man…

This product is a must for any man dealing with prostate issues. You need to incorporate this into your diet. The research is there to prove that the contents of this product will help. I am certain it has many other benefits for general health. Trying to maintain a diet high in cruciferous vegetables can sometimes be difficult if you have a busy life, so this soup is an easy option. I personally like the taste, but you can enhance by adding seasoning.

It's been a disappointing experience

It's been a disappointing experience. Having spent over £20,000 on a Haus pergola and awning from Appeal Home Shading I am still waiting, for over 2 months, for them to repair a fault with the heater. I have emailed several times, but I was passed from one person to another without any date being provided when the repair would be made. This was a vastly different experience when they were invoicing and chasing payment from me.

I have to admit that I love using…

I have to admit that I love using Amazon France. I probably have a mild addiction, as it is so convenient and the range of products is vast. I would also say that I have 100% efficiency in receiving the products delivered by Amazon, with the exception of La Poste. I really really must urge any company selling through Amazon, not to use La Poste for delivery. I probably have less than 25% efficiency in receiving goods. They just come to the door and then seem to leave without attempting to deliver.

I bought a Samsonite suitcase

4/11, Since I posted this message, UPS have been in contact and confirmed a new delivery date..thank you...I bought a Samsonite suitcase. UPS were making the delivery but I needed to reschedule as I was not at home. Since I did this the package has remained undelivered in their depot. I have tried every means to make contact with UPS to get an update, but when you call and request to speak with an agent, they just repeat a recorded message and cut you off. Brands need to consider using UPS as it can ultimately affect their reputation when customers have no access to reliable information.

I was really surprised how good this is. If you want to cut down on your alcohol intake then it's a good substitute as a cocktail mixer. It has subtle spices and flavours that also have similar hints to what you find in wine. I add sparkling water and lime and it's very refreshing.

This really is a terrible service

My bag just arrived, so at least the system eventually worked, but please do improve the tracking service you offer, so the link works...This really is a terrible service. Having lost a bag in Madrid airport, I made a claim and the bag was found. A tracking number was given and a link to track it. The link though does not work. Iberia say they can not help, and Foundspot have no options to contact them. The bag has not arrived, even though I paid. How can I get in contact with Foundspot or find a link to their tracking page.

The Kensington branch in London

The Kensington branch in London, regularly forget to process a purchase of a juice, leaving you to chase for it. Also the attitude of the staff is so laid back. The product is good, but senior management need to provide more support to their staff to improve the customer experience. I personally would like to find an alternative company, but sadly there is not one local.

I purchased a Wc Brush Set

I purchased a Wc Brush Set. The goods were damaged slightly or of a poor quality. The packaging was also not complete and so I suspect the product could have been ex display or used. When I contacted the after sales team they were at first cooperative, but shortly after they became quite obstructive and dismissive, even where I clearly showed images that highlighted the damage. I suspect they are trying to avoid replacing or refunding. Also the attitude of their employee was unpleasant. Not a company I would use again.

I then received a call trying to sell me a new appliance, when the one I had only required a service.
