Worst delivery company in my opinion

I entered my address correctly and checked it before submitting, yet PostNL still processed it incorrectly. I wonder where my parcel will end up. Since then, fixing their mistake has been impossible: phone lines are unreachable because they cancelled all of their customer service numbers, so it means there is no working customer service channel, and the so called AI chatbot Daan either loops or doesn’t respond at all. I’m not asking for anything special just to correct an address they got wrong but there is literally no way to reach a human being. A logistics company that can’t handle a basic address correctly and offers zero real support when something goes wrong is simply not doing its job. Very frustrating and disappointing experience with PostNL. Worst delivery company among all of them.

Review of Pelgrim Keukenapparatuur

Poor durability and non-existent customer service

I am disappointed with both the quality of my Pelgrim appliance and the lack of support from their customer service team.

I have a Pelgrim MAC696MAT combi-microwave that is only 5,5 years old (manufactured in June 2019). Recently, the convection (hetelucht) function started failing, burning the top of every dish while leaving the inside raw. For a brand that claims quality, having a core component fail in just 5 years is unacceptable.

According to Dutch consumer guidelines, the expected economic lifespan (economische levensduur) of a built-in oven is 10 to 12 years. Despite reaching out via email to request a fair coulance arrangement (as the appliance is barely halfway through its life), I have received no meaningful response. First I had to get through the AI answer after that, I got no replies back.

Instead of helping a customer who is clearly facing a premature technical defect, I was met with a generic automated reply and a quote of €149 just for a technician to show up—excluding parts and labor. This is not the level of service one expects.

It seems their products don't last, and their customer service doesn't care once the initial 2-year warranty is over. I am still waiting for a reasonable proposal to fix this issue.

Onacceptabel datalek en schandalige klantenservice

Odido heeft mijn meest gevoelige persoonsgegevens laten lekken, waaronder mijn IBAN, paspoortnummer en geboortedatum. Sinds ik klant ben bij Odido word ik platgebeld door onbekende nummers, wat na dit lek alleen maar erger zal worden.

Wat nog erger is dan het lek zelf, is de manier waarop Odido met haar klanten communiceert. Ik heb een formele klacht en aansprakelijkstelling gestuurd, maar ik krijg enkel een geautomatiseerd 'no-reply' antwoord dat totaal niet ingaat op mijn zorgen of mijn verzoek tot contractontbinding. Het is onmogelijk om een echt mens te spreken over de juridische gevolgen van hun nalatigheid.

Ik accepteer dit niet. Ik houd Odido volledig aansprakelijk voor elke vorm van misbruik van mijn gegevens. Als een bedrijf mijn identiteitsbewijs niet kan beveiligen, hebben ze geen recht om mij aan een contract te houden.

Schandalige gang van zaken. Wees gewaarschuwd voordat je met dit bedrijf in zee gaat!"

Unfair treatment of loyal customers and false pricing

As a loyal Allianz Direct customer, I was shocked to see my renewal premium raised from €46/month to €57/month while the same coverage was offered to new customer for €43/month. After I asked for a price match from email, the cheaper online offer disappeared after 6 days. They did something in the background to punish my email.

This feels misleading and shows NO respect for loyal clients. Transparency and fairness are clearly missing. I will be filing a complaint with Kifid and considering another provider.

Edit: After my bad review, Allianz told me to send them an email, again. I did send them another email. Then they offered me a %5 discount. I told them the problem wasn't about the discount. I asked them why they increased my premium, just like that, sending two emails more. Again, they're completely ignoring me and not responding to my emails. Terrible.

Bad service, bad support

I regret switching from ziggo. I was deceived because the prices were cheap but I didn't take the quality into account. Internet wired or wireless is definitely less than half of the promised speed. Not to mention the constant disconnection. As a solution I think it is a trick to rent you an extender. The mobile service is also bad if you go outside of europe then everything is overpriced. They have a site called community, you can't write anything there, they only accept positive questions. In 2025, they have become my most hated service provider.
