The work was carried out to an excellent level. The only complaint I have is the speed in which it took to organise having the scaffolding and skip removed from the property (11 days after the work was complete).

Cannot fault this company for their workmanship, absolutely beautiful job when roughcasting our house and so clean and tidy clearing up behind them, my only annoying point although a small one is their admin is not great after several times of asking and phon calls I am still waiting on a receipt for my payment

James the Roofer and assistant from A1 contracts. Cleaned Snd coated a very dirty roof to an exceptional standard, including repairs, cleaning the areas around the property and neighbours property. Good communication from James at each stage a highly skilled experienced Roofer. The difference was amazing, very happy with the experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend

I contacted the company regarding an issue with home canvassing and was absolutely amazed at how good the customer service is. Supervisor Danielle took the matter seriously and dealt with it swiftly and effectively and I had a result in under an hour. Now THAT'S how you handle a complaint! I must add that my issue was NOT connected to their workmanship. Super impressed!

Great product knowledge, very courteous and no pressure sales pitch makes this the type company one I want to deal with. Mahri in office very helpful. A great job all round, Their admin/office staff were very approachable and listened to any concerns I had. The job was completed to a very high standard and any minor problems were fixed within a week.

Got a new roof put-on. Overall very good standard and just had the rains and winds and so no issues at all which is always a good sign. Workmen were courteous and made really early starts. Main office were polite and helpful. Only issue is their seems to be a communication disconnect between the main office and the workmen. Overall pleased.

Connor and the other workman arrived were always courteous and did the job up to a good standard. The only gripe was that Connors boss Stephen had communicated to
Connor that I need to make contact due to a higher price was quoted £800 for the work then jumped from £800 to £1344. Job was coming to an end and would have been better to get notice to raise the additional cash . Managed though.. my other gripe would be I requested for a single electric socket to be placed in or out of the cupboard the pre existing wire which was there before I moved in still hangs there. Floors were replaced and had to get new wall fixtures as walls weren't strong enough but did think the extra £554 was a bit excessive

James and his crew arrived 8.30am installed 4KW solar PV + Batteries, also 2 Velux windows, all installed and completed plus tidied up by 4.30pm. brilliant workers

From start to finish it was a smooth positive experience from this company. Paul, the rep who visited, was polite, not pushy, and talked me though various options for my new windows. He left a decent quote & my house was tech surveyed for the work to start the following week.

The installers were polite, efficient and worked through the bad weather to get the job completed in the timescale. I am so impressed by the quality and high standards of the work, I didn’t think new windows would improve the look of my house so much. I have also noticed how much warmer my house feels.

Additionally, there was great communication from the office staff. They kept me up to date as to when the install would happen & made sure I was happy with the final product. Thank you again - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
