Once again and for the last 18 months these CROOKS have been trying to steal my money some of which they have succeeded in stealing from my bank account. I cancelled my account over 18 months ago. I have had to put a stop on there efforts to steal my money via my bank. They never listen or indeed answer the phone they are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DO NOT WORK WITH THEM

Really terrible customer service
Really terrible customer service, theybare constantly putting me on hold and seem to always be confused - multiple times I had different employees telling me opposite things.
I'm so glad to have cancelled, genuinely any broadband provider will be better, avoid 4th utility at all costs

Good customer service from nice people
After a delay in receiving my new router and being without broadband for a couple of days I was anxious to get back online. Unfortunately I struggled with the Nokia quick startup instructions and the app. Tim checked out everything was as it should be and helped me patiently through the process as I struggled with two different devices. Made sure I was online and working properly and I was very happy with his friendliness, patience and courtesy.
