The product : WiFi kept cutting off every half hour
Customer service: called in trying to fix the problem, problem didn’t get fixed, called to cancel, was told they’ll call back in 30 mins & they didn’t call back , called back again myself & finally spoke to Olu who handled the situation amazingly he offered genuine solutions before finally allowing me to switch unlike the others who weren’t helpful

New Fibre connection
2 extremely professional polite guys turned up at 8.05am, (8 till 1pm connection time) drilled and connected my new fibre in about 45 minutes. No mess, everything left as it was before. A very stress free experience.
