Abode has got very polite and dedicated staff members. As a first time buyer, Ann and Amanda made my home purchase very seemless and were always happy to answers any questions. Kudos to Ann and Amanda and the entire Abode team for a job well done. I can't thank you enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Abode! They are honestly head & shoulders above the rest, my experience with them has been excellent, they just get it! Everything ran smoothly, they are so prepared, they know exactly what they're doing and exactly what you need, they respond quickly and act quickly when you need them. Louise has been outstanding with finding a suitable family to move into my property. This has been challenging for both Louise and me as the tenant. The professional service that Louise provided from the start to the finish has been excellent. She is an asset to Abode, they are very lucky to have found an amazing member of staff.

Abode were fantastic throughout the entire process of selling and purchasing. They were friendly, extremely helpful and were instrumental in securing our dream home and finding the right buyers for our old home given our specific circumstances. Special mention to Ann who was always at the end of the phone or replying to emails so quickly (even on her days off) and helped us out so much when time was of the essence in chasing all the various moving parts of the house move process. Highly recommend Abode for good local estate agents who genuinely care about their clients and doing a good job!

The Abode team in Allerton were great. The valuation of our property was arranged quickly and the member of staff, Mike, was incredibly friendly and put as at ease. When the house was on the market, the team managed to organise lots of viewings and once an offer was made continued with great communication.

Liz at Abode organised the refurbishment of the property which only took a few months, I was kept informed of the progress and project kept to the budget. Liz was a pleasure to work with and very professional. Louise let the property within a couple of days and was also very pleasant to deal with as well.

Amazing super helpful and super fast turnaround couldn’t ask for a better company.

I have been a landlord with Abode for 5 years, first helped by Elizabeth who supported me in reviewing buy to let properties for me as an investor and assisting me is selecting my investments, often before going to market. This was a great service as I live in the south of the UK. When it came to selling, Elizabeth has a wealth of contact waiting to buy with tenets in situ. The customer service from Abode and Elizabeth can't be understated and highly recommend them.

Lauren and Sue in Formby Abode were very professional, helpful and prompt when we decided to list our house. Communication re organising viewings was excellent and we received feedback within 24 hours. The photographs were taken by a professional photographer and were fantastic. Whilst we decided to take the house off the market, I would not hesitate to use Abode again in the future.

I have recently become a landlord and have had an extremely positive experience with Abode - I actually went with Abode as the letting agent for my apartment due to very positive experiences in the past with other things, i.e. with regards my house purchase and some general legal advice. In Particular, Louise, Lynsey and James have frankly been outstanding! My apartment was valued by Abode and rented out to a tenant all within 5 days, with everything was very clear and highly efficient, which was fantastic given I am knew to being a landlord.
