Top notch customer service!

I ran into Ace Express @ 2435 N. Sherman Dr; Indianapolis to complete an urgent money transaction for the 1st time. I was rushing and a bit flustered but the Rep. (Tiia Smiley) that helped me was professional, efficient & really nice. She understood I was pressed for time and she got me in & out and really made my experience positive. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Tiia for the best customer service!

Flat Tire Save

This was a first payday loan for me. I Have always been skeptical. Had flat tire no money and had to be somewhere important. Went to Ace Cash Express, worker there was polite and friendly I think his name was Rafael. I had all the information needed and was approved for a loan. Great experience I'm no longer skeptical. This company really helped me out.

Sheryl at store 170 was very respectful, polite and treated us with respect anyone deserves,treated us good, also cashed our check and was very organized and fast and efficient, I recommend go to her store and be treated the way a customer deserves.. ten stars and two 👍🏽👍🏽

I had to call today and the person who took my call very nice very polite every one at the location i go to is very friendly on 410 E Pioneer Pkwy Grand prairie Tx her name is Jessica V she was so nice and polite and listened to what my concern was excellent people skills which is very important and address your concerns excellent customer service.
