Kam and his team at Adair Paxton have provided an excellent service since I have been dealing with him. He calls and follows up on our communication and responds immediately. A great point of contact and service.

As landlords, we are extremely pleased with Adair Paxton’s management of our rental properties. The staff are very professional and always quick to find us tenants. Crucially, they are also really swift to deal with any problems that arise for tenants at the properties, and always act on them the same day. This is no less important to us, since we were ourselves renting in London until recently and know that such swift action with minimal fuss is far from typical for estate agents. We are glad to know no tenant of ours will ever be left waiting for something to be fixed, and this also ensures long-term tenants for us. I would like to thank Victoria and her brilliant team on all their excellent work in selling a flat in Horsforth recently. The communication was outstanding and no job was too small for them. Their professionalism shone through at all stages of the sale process and they worked incredibly hard to take the stress out of the sale and kept all parties up-to-date and informed. The team at Adair Paxton have been fantastic throughout my time at the property. They are always responsive to emails and when unfortunate circumstances made my tenancy unviable they were beyond helpful in sourcing a new Tennant and making the process as easy as possible.

Adair Paxton has been the Managing Agent for our block of apartments for over 12 years and have consistently performed to a very high standard. As a consequence the development continues to improve and the presentation of the site is first class.
From a personal viewpoint I have had superb support from Steve and Dan in successfully resolving issues with respect to my own apartment and am very grateful for their efforts on my behalf.

These are a rip off they took 150 holding fee say it is refunded on your first month's rent but they kept it when we was refused the house through an issue we was not aware off complete rip off

Rented a flat with them for a number for a number and there were really friendly and professional. Guy Roberts from Leeds was really good and responsive. When I left the flat, he was very sensible in the amount they deducted from the deposit.

Horrendous management. 0 communication.

I can't speak highly enough of the sales manager, Victoria, who saw me through the sale of my parents' home under extremely sad circumstances. She was patient, kind, compassionate and always professional. She listened to us consistently and saved me time and stress by making sure appropriate, credited professionals could take care of things like changing locks, or clearing the garden. I frankly don't know how we would have managed without her.

I’ve rented with Adair Paxton for 6 years and it’s been a really positive experience (especially after renting in london for a long time with bad agents- their team have been a breath of fresh air! ). I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue which hasn’t been resolved quickly- and they are always polite and professional

I deal mainly with Julie in the lettings team and I couldn't wish for a better agent. She keeps me up to date, chases rent when necessary, she's thorough to every detail, on every part of our tenant/agent/landlord contract.
