Great experience with Adair Paxton from start to finish. From arranging a viewing appointment to the actual viewing and application process very easy and simple process dealing with friendly staff. From there I then dealt with the lettings manager Sharon Mitchell - this was not an easy let as it was for a staff member moving from abroad - however Sharon was a great help and support in securing the property, lots of interactions via email and phone, all professional, friendly and understanding of the process we were going through. This resulted in a great outcome with a very happy member of staff now in their rental property. Thank you everyone at Adair Paxton.

After the sudden loss of my husband 3 years ago, I turned to Adair Paxton for help in Renting my Business Premises out. Simon Holiday in particular was a great help and support at what was a very difficult time. He dealt with everything on my behalf from Valuation, finding a suitable tenant, Buildings Insurance and Repairs. If there are any problems he knows a man who can deal with it. I would certainly recommend Adair Paxton and have found them to be reliable and thoroughly professional.

I had a really good time selling my Leeds flat with AP. Thanks to Victoria Illingworth who was really efficient. I used Bridgefords initially which was a massive mistake, the difference in professionalism was huge.

Rented off Adair Paxton in Leeds for a year. Was a really great experience. Donna who showed me around the flat a year ago was lovely! Helped me through the process of renting with ease and was all sorted.

Any issues that came up during the tenancy was dealt with efficiently and quicker then with anyone else I had rented with before. No hidden costs attached to the repairs either!

Was sad to move out of little one bed but situations change. Hope I will rent with them in the future!

Adair Paxton are the managing agents for a residential development where I’ve owned an apartment since 2016.

From a personal perspective, Aundre Hamilton-Martin, the current Property Manager, has improved upon the high level of service I’ve received, and continues to assist in upgrading and improving both the indoor and outdoor communal areas.
