Advcash (*CLOSED*) 

It is very convenient to convert crypto to Fiat and withdraw the cash in ATM all over the world easily.

I've been a verified customer with Advcash since 2021, but received 2 automatic emails stating that my verification has been rejected. I contacted support via email and they explained that after careful thought, they had decided to no longer provide me with a service.

I suspect this is due to the recent UK intervention by the FCA, and the fact that I had only used them on 2 occasions. That was because there were cheaper options from other exchanges.

The auto-emails were terrible. There was no salutation. No mention of my name or anything, just a link for me to provide documentation. It looked like a phishing attempt! They have to use a more professional and genuine looking auto-email template!

Good customer support and better service.

I appreciate that you are always quick to answer my questions, whether it's via chat or email. It's a shame that the maintenance period was so long that it was unavailable for a long time. But many friends around me want to use advcash cards in Japan. I would like to see new card creation resumed in Japan as well. I would be happy if the expiration date could be extended to 5 or 10 years. Also, I would be even happier if I will be able to have multiple cards instead of just one. It would be helpful if you could put Solana and Polkadot in your wallet as well. I would also like you let the credit limit be higher!

The Advcash service is a reliable and fast way to send and receive cryptocurrency. I appreciate the high speed of transactions when sending cryptocurrency to the ETH network. However, I think it is necessary to add information about which blockchain network transactions are made on the website, so that users can be confident in the security of their funds.

Most of the centralized exchanges force to use advcash to paid less taxes to buy crypto after consideration I tried to sing up with them. verification system works bad and after some time I basically got service refused and when I try to understand I basically receive the same template even though working with crypto for almost 2 years now

My experience with advcash customers agent is top notch. Excellent and customers friendly.
But I regret advcash doesn't provide transfer as means of wallet funding because am Africa I guess.

I am genuinely so unhappy with AdvCash. I trade under a prop firm broker and they sent my payout to AdvCash. On the 2nd January, my funds reflected and I have been struggling ever since to withdraw/transfer. The card transfer method is failing constantly and I checked with my bank and there are no holds/restrictions blocking money coming from an international platform via card transfer. I am going back and forth with support and they always telling me about “we are waiting for our technical partners to update us”. It’s going to be a full week soon of waiting and struggling. Definitely poor service. Utterly poor!!!

And please, provide SWIFT Bank Transfers for South African clients. Internet Banking. This thing of card transfer is a hassle and clearly you guys are struggling with it. I am very annoyed and utterly disappointed. No man guys, pull up your socks!!
