High risk your money get trapped in their system, once they are in, unless you force the recipient of your funds joining the same ADVcash platform. The international money transfer is often off-line and unavailable for alleged maintenance issues, with no forecasted solution. This is one step before working as a scam.
Customer service responds immediately but without a solution other than useless apologies for the service disruption.
Safer to do not operate with this platform.

Update. Despite the clarifications, funds cannot reach the intended recipient and additional fees shall be paid to recover the money back to origin. A large loop to square-one and loosing the 5% of what deposited in the wallet.

If a particular feature provided by a third party is temporarily not available, we are unable to do anything about it, unfortunately, as it is operated by this third party outside of our control. For the same reason, we are usually unable to give any forecasts when it comes to services of third parties, as we are not the ones doing the maintenance. The issues are never 'alleged', it makes no business sense for us to prevent any payments as we don't make money when transactions don't take place. For the same reason, there is no point in 'trapping' any funds inside the platform where they don't generate any fees for us and just sit there doing nothing. There are plenty of withdrawal options even if some of them are briefly offline due to outside circumstances, including cards, crypto, outside e-currency exchanges and more. Please respond to our request for details, and we will see what can be done. Thanks!
They blocked my account
Account blocked without any explanation. I have been using their services since 2021 but suddenly my account was blocked without any explanation and reason. I sent many emails to support, but no one replies, today replyed they asked birth certificate. My account was verified but they reject the documents and now ask for my personal documents i.e birth certificate.
I didn't expect this from advcash. Please don't trust advcash. I WOULD NOT recommend Advcash anymore.

Sometimes we need to ask for additional documents to make sure providing services to the customer does not go against the law or our KYC, anti money laundering or risk policies. This is common practice both online and offline. The user always has the option to withdraw the funds if there are any, even if we find ourselves unable to continue providing services. You are welcome to respond to our request for details if you would like us to investigate further. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
Very efficient transfert
Once the KYC checks have been carried out, the transfers go through without a hitch, in just a few hours. I've never had any problems with blocked transfers.

Scammers shouldn't be called a payment hub
They shouldn't be called a payment hub, when withdrawals fail using multiple visa cards. I have money sitting in there and there is no option to send BTC to another external wallet.... very poor form. Johann from support just keeps sending me same reply again and again, to try other companies. Not helping. My money is stuck with Advcash!
All the 5 star ratings for AdvCash are biased bots.
Next time mention on your website, that minimum withdrawal is over $100

Chris, we are sorry about the issues you came across. All our reviews here are 100% genuine. There was a temporary issue where withdrawals to external cards in USD would fail due to a brief service provider outage. This channel is up and running now so if you need to withdraw funds this way again, you are welcome to. As for BTC, it says on the BTC page that the minimum amount is 0.002 BTC. This is the way all crypto platforms work, small amounts may be too small to withdraw due to the nature of blockchain transactions. You withdrew your funds via other means yesterday, as far as we can see. As long as you eventually withdrew the funds, we consider this case resolved. It would be great if you gave our platform another chance. Thanks for your feedback, and wishing you a nice day.

They block accounts for no reason
Account blocked for not having a surname. I submitted my ID, License and a picture of myself holding the documents as they requested, but they reject the documents and now ask for personal documents i.e birth certificate and Police clearance certificate.
I had just 50 RUB in this account that were hard earned by watching more than 50K videos over 6 months at bux.money website and they block my hard earned money.
Please!!! don't trust advcash.com with your assets.

Upon manual review of your additional KYC submissions requested earlier, they have been finally approved. Your account is not currently restricted in any way and you are free to make any transactions available to you according to our terms, fees and limits just like any other user. If you would like to upgrade your verification, you need to submit an address document following the prompts in your account. Address verification requires two separate documents and your ID cannot be used to confirm both your identity and address, unfortunately.
