Please, please do not buy from this company. We received headphones in December and the product and packaging was damaged. I returned the item which cost me £15 via Royal Mail. After 18 emails and me threatening legal action, they eventually offered a refund but have refused to refund the postage even though the product was damaged. I would give them zero stars if possible. Probably the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered a pair of headphones on the 29th November and they got to london on the 12th December how can they still be there after a week i spend £45 on these i'm so angry i just want a refund.

Having seen all the reviews AFTER I purchased the headphones, I’m kicking myself! I sent an email asking them to cancel the order and refund me. However, they’ve basically told me they won’t and it’s been processed so I can’t cancel it! Disgusting. I’m now assuming I will receive naf products that I can’t return without being stung for £30.

This company should be avoided at all cost. They take your money but don't want anything to do with you after. My product was not delivered and they say it was and therefore won't help track it.

10/10 love it. I used some of my birthday money on these headphones and they are amazing. So comfy, perfect noise cancellation and just perfect for what I was hoping to use them for.

This company are scammers.

The products are not as described.

Purchased noise cancelling headphones that have zero noise cancelling feature at all. When asked to return for a refund I was told I had to cover the cost of return to china from my own pocket despite the error in their description.

Their attitude is also rude and not customer friendly at all.

Avoid this scamming company at all costs.

I would advise strongly against using this online company.
Items are cheaper via British stores, you just think you getting a deal.
Bought head set, and don’t fit, or hold tight to head. And the sound, well rubbish.

This is a 100% scam. I bought an Airwatch that turned out to be faulty. I returned it to the seller to get a refund, but despite receiving it back, they refused to refund me. Now I've lost £90 for the Airwatch and the cost of return postage. Be careful and don't use them.

DO NOT ORDER!!! Awful! They are not in France they are in China and when you receive your poor quality products that DO NOT work properly they say you need to return and pay for shipping which when I checked this afternoon from the UK is over £25.

Watch is extremely inaccurate when it comes to Heart rate and the battery also jumps from a good percentage to off with no actual decrease during the time making it impossible to know actually how much time you have left
I was going to return it but the shipping to china from Uk is a minimum of 15£ and I’m afraid it won’t get there and I never get the return so will be selling it cheap 2nd hand as it still brand new ( used 2 days only )

Scam.
they’ll send you a crap product from china which then costs more to return than the cost of the item itself.
Looking at other reviews it seems they’d then say it never arrived.

I ordered an Airwatch in early Nov 2023 .It was a present for Christmas.It didn't arrive till Jan 2024 .The watch was unsuitable so returned it .It cost £18 to return ...There has been no refund ...Its now April 2024 ...I have contacted Airwatch on more than 10 occasions and alls I get in reply is " We will look into this and get back to you " It's horrendous 😢 Just radio silence Very unhappy with this situation ...Do not buy anything from this company ...You have been warned ⚠️

Wireless headphones Air Max: Absolutely crap company. Dont trust them. Ordered headset 2nd March 2024 for my 12yr old. The headset looks similar to the one o ther website but is not identical. I have written so many emails...and received x1 reply. There only reply asked me to send a video of the item even though i had already sent pictures....no reply. Re-emailed....no reply. Rip off company, now I'm going to try to get my money back.....£44.99. Today is now 11th April 2024

Dreadful company - avoid at all costs.
Like to give the impression that they are UK but they are not. If anything goes wrong you have to post the item[s] back to some obscure address in China, [at great expense], then they claim they never arrived.
Total rip-off, wasted my money.

Shocking company. The only reason they have 2 stars on here is because they state they will only resolve your issue if you leave a positive review.

Send shoddy products and pretend to be based in the UK only to expect you to return a damaged product at your own expense to china!

Scammers and pure daylight theft

Total total sham of a company! Sent me two watches that I did not order! I put one in the basket and they sent me two but never went through with the order? Took three weeks to come as they said they could not be cancelled? When they arrived they were returned unopened straight away to the cost of £23.60. Said they would refund me once received and were sent Royal Mail Registered 1st class, contacted 4 times for my refund with no response....yet they said they would send straight away...I am contacting, Watch Dog, ASA and Ofcom regarding this company! Said they are UK based yet HO is in France and they deliver straight from China?!
It's a scam and they miss lead buyers....Still waiting for refund! Looked up the address on Google and its a residential road with 4 small shed units on a bit of land.

Airwatch pro 2.0 is rubbish first strap broke after two days secondly watch stopped working after four days got In touch with Airwatch they say before a refund I need to send it back that is to china it’s going to cost me£30 to send it back absolutely rubbish do not use

Earphones arrived damaged as a Xmas present.
Replacement requested & will only be replaced if a good review on here.
Here I am waiting for the agreement to replace them after this review. Fingers crossed.

Seriously, if I could rate no star I would. I returned the headphone that I ordered because I didn’t like the sound of it at all it feels very cheap, so does the sound! I emailed it back within a month there is still no updates, emailed customer service so many times but no response. It was so frustrating as f****. There my £50 gone like that 🤡
