I ordered headphones as a gift for my niece. within minutes I requested to cancel the order as I made a mistake with the colour, and then placed a second order for the correct colour. Their customer services told me it was too late to cancel the order - are you serious! They then tell me I have to return it to China at my expense. I am later told it is too late to return as 14 days have elapsed. I would avoid this Micky Mouse company at all costs. Absolutely hopeless and dishonest (lack of) customer service.

Wouldn't even rate a 1 star, absolute sham of a company, bought my wife the pro 2.0 for christmas. She used it for 11 days and now doesn't even turn on. Doesn't do anything.
The return policy states to prove via photo and video it’s not working. They haven't even asked for that.

I explained it was a christmas present and they said got a 14daypolicy of returns. Had sent replies to them but now not responding. Absolutely disgusting BEWARE

Faulty wireless headset problem
I bought and received a wireless headset from Airwatch - Airwatch MS B1 - in October this year. After just 10 minutes of usage, the 'reduce volume' button jammed on, which meant that I couldn't use the headset. When I reported this to Airwatch, they said that if I would give the product a 'favorable' review, they would send me another, brand new headset (this apparently is company policy). I refused to do this. I did offer to write a favorable review after receiving a product that actually worked, but I would not write a good review for a faulty product. To get a refund, I would have to return the headset to China, at my cost (£20 plus). Needless to say, I was not prepared to spend any more money, with no guarantee of success. I will not be buying from Airwatch again.
Shocking
After emailing and questioning if I could be advised of an approximate delivery date ( tracking said 'in transit') I was advised that my order had been delivered to the address I provided and that I should check with my post office and neighbours!! I provided a screenshot of my tracking and asked who had delivered the package and proof of delivery. Royal Mail always leave a card or put in my 'safe place' so I was 99% certain it hadn't been delivered. I was told "we'll look in to it and inform you".
My order arrived the following day, quelle surprise!
No apologies and no updates from Airwatch. Shan't be using them again.
I must have got lucky
I must have got lucky! Or Airwatch have gone seriously downhill since I bought my Girlfriend and I each an Airwatch Pro 2.0 in October 2022.
The delivery did take a little longer than I expected, roughly 2-3 weeks, on arrival the labels on the packaging appeared to have come from France but most current reviews state they were posted from China (I've no doubt at all the watch is made in China).
A year of ownership later and we're both still pretty impressed with the watches, there has been an update to the app which we both feel was actually a step backwards. All the functions (that we use) work ok, possibly not the slickest especially compared to an apple or samsung watch, but lets remember these were £60 each. The calls and messages work fine although we've both disabled this function via the app as it was a bit annoying having the phone tell me everytime a message or email etc was received. Battery life remains good, roughly 4-5 days from a full charge (keep in mind we don't use them for calls), mainly used as a watch to be honest and for monitoring steps. I use mine to log cycles via the app but to be honest I think it's actually my phones GPS being used for that purpose so that probably won't affect the watches battery life.
I'm quite disheartened by the recent customer experiences detailed in the reviews as I had every intention of buying another if either of our current watches failed. Having seen so many bad reviews I will most likely avoid airwatch for any future purchases, i still have faith in the watch to be honest but will likely explore any other venders direct from China who aren't inflating the price.
Seems Airwatch had a great opportunity to be a serious rival for the 2 big brands but have blown it with their lack of cistomer service and/or seemingly lower quality oroducts they're now selling, shame really!
I would have given 4 stars (the watch is good, not perfect) if it weren't for the really poor feedback on unacceptable customer service. I want to have confidence as a customer, and right now i don't feel very confident in Airwatch.

Do not purchase anything from this website, the headphones turned up way too big didn’t fit and was really bad quality, after waiting ages for a reply on how to send them back we finally got a response but had to pay £20 to return them and they don’t cover that cost it’s on your own back to pay it, they then emailed saying they haven’t received the item so we won’t be getting a refund and still haven’t received one months down the line!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! The headphones are crap they don’t fit. When you come to return they have to be returned to China, at your cost £20. Then they tell you they’ve got them and they’ll process the refund but don’t and then they stop answering your emails!! Had to go through my bank in the end. Terrible products and customer service. This is a dodgy shop DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
The product is absolute crap
The product is absolute crap. The headphones don’t fit properly, the ear cups are loose and don’t fit around the ear. The headphones feel cheap and nasty, even though they charge £45 a pair, oh and good luck trying to get in touch with anyone about returning the item because no one will ever get back to you, and there is no returns process. I wish I’d have read these reviews before I ordered from them.
Lack of communication
Lack of communication. I ordered headphones. Ever since the transaction was done I haven't heard anything about my delivery at all. I tried to send emails and called the customer service no response at all. Until now I believe it was a scam!!!

Bought airwatch Pro for Granddaughter stopped working after 5 months and they won’t repair or replace watch. Now ignoring my emails 😡 absolute joke of a company. Save your money and give these scammers a wide berth.

I bought this watch because it has replaywritten option
I bought this watch because it was supposed to have o write replay message option . I feel i was lied, because they want me to send it back at my own expense. And then it will cost me as much as the watch because it will cost me around a lot as is is differet country.
I talked to them and that's the only option. They gave me a different watch than what I ordered but i must return on my wown cost. So it will cost me double if I do this.

DANGER DANGER SCAM ALERT. I was sent a faulty watch they told me to return it to China, (WHICH I WASNT TOLD WHEN I BOUGHT IT THATS WERE IT COMES FORM) which cost over £14 and said as soon as they receive it i will get my refund, they receive it end of January yet still no refund and once they did receive the watch back all of a sudden they stopped replying to my emails, the company is a scam and by the looks of other reviews they are doing this over and over again which also makes them thieves, so stay clear.
