Their website disappeared and I am still waiting for my parcel which apparently hasn't been even sent. I am lucky my company refunded the expense. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a pair of headphones a few days ago. I haven't got them yet as it's only been a short space of time.. however, they gave me a tracking code (it doesn't work) and I CANNOT find the website, it says it's no longer there or whatever, so i'm assuming after reading other reviews, that they may have blocked me too. I only paid £35 but it's still money. We'll see if they arrive in good condition or even if they arrive at all!!

Trustworthy company, product as described, everything on time and professionally recommended

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I ordered these headphones two weeks ago, first i was able to track them, then all of a sudden i stoped reciving update emails and i could no longer access the webpage to see why they were taking so long. I can only view the website on private browsing which i assume means they’ve blocked me from seeing their fake shop. Don’t buy from here unless you want to be scammed.

Give this a miss. Arrived ok, nice looking watch but a nightmare to install. App is terrible and nothing worked after several attempts, even asked more tech savvy friends to sort but to no avail. I emailed (thinking this was UK based) asking about returns etc, only to be told that I would need to return this to China and they needed to receive the watch before any refund would be given. Paid £50 for watch and going to cost quite a bit to return. Like I said I thought this was an English based company (my error maybe) but now I'm stuck with a watch that I can't use and now don't want. I received an email from them asking me to give them a good review and when they see the review and they receive the watch I want to return they will send out a new one. No thank you. Do your research first and check reviews and check where the company is based, this obviouly back fired on me.

A very responsive and helpful team. The customer service is excellent and the headphones are very comfortable.

I bought Airwatch pro 3 and came on time with tracking delivery. It Looks elegant and amazing quality for the price of £69 😃 battery is so good and waterproof is well. Simply amazing and I loved it.

Ordered the headphones... BIG MISTAKE. Website said they we're reduced from a £70 to £35. They had possitive reviews so I ordered them. I now think they delete all the negative reviews as mine is not showing. They arrived scuffed and the microphone did not work. After a couple of weeks of use the plastic fitting snapped. I emailed them about this and they said they would need to be returned undamaged for a refund plus the website says you must pay to return yourself (to china). I regret my purchase and the fact I used this woefull company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Brought a watch and it wouldn’t charge after 6 weeks. They said they wouldn’t replace as it was after their 30 day return policy even tho it was faulty. You basically get a 30 day warranty. Scammers.

Excellent service, had a problem but customer service were quick to rectify it and send me a replacement.

Scammers avoid at all cost..
Was delivered damaged so asked for a refund,was told to send back to China recorded delivery at a cost to me. Royal mail have a signed delivery yet just keep getting "we will look into it" emails back . The watch itself is useless..stick with a more expensive one that actually works.

I did buy one Airwatch and it was sent one month late, after arriving, it got stolen and they sent me another one that never arrived. I emailed them many times they never replied. They don't care about anything rather than taking your money.
Horrible customer service, they never refunded me anything.

After not receiving my Son’s airwatch, this company have dealt with the situation with the upmost professionalism and a watch will now be on its way. Emails that have been sent, have been acted promptly. Thank you

Honestly trying to scam you
Headphones broke immediately upon arrival. I contacted them and they stated they will only refund if the headphones are sent back in perfect condition and will only send a new pair if I send a video of the fault. Sent a video of the fault and they said that usually it must be returned for analysis but ~just this once~ if I wrote a positive review they would send me a new pair. The audacity of this company is insane. Not to mention they claim to be French and ship their products from china. Bad quality. Bad customer service and bad ethics. Do not give your money to this company. Sorry Airwatch, you can’t blackmail me into a good review.

From time to time products are damaged in transit, this can happen with products from all companies - couriers tend not to discriminate with their carelessness.
What’s important is how the company responds to that issue.
Airwatch acknowledged my issue and replaced the damaged item free of charge. That’s good customer service in my view.
