FIRSTLY ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE ARE AS A RESULT OF THE COMPANY OFFERING AN EXCHANGE/REFUND ON THE BASIS THAT A POSITIVE REVIEW IS LEFT. THEY KNOW THEY ARE SCREWING PEOPLE OVER AND SO THIS IS WHY THEY DO IT.

Cheap watches..despatch labels on package clearly show the item was imported from China and then re-directed. Having done some research, these are being sold at 4 times the mark up, finished off by whacking a nasty Airwatch Pro sticker on the box. Instructions are shocking, quality is shocking, Watch held charge for a week and now despite charging to 100%, dies overnight. Strap is poor and slides out very easily from day one, I am usually good at spotting these types of scams but on this occasion, i lost out and the watch is now fit for the bin/trash!

SCAM, worse company ever. Cheap products that break after a few days. They promise to send out a new watch if you post a good review but nothing come of it. DONT BUY FROM THEM.
Horrible company and people.

I bought a watch in November that was faulty.
I was told they would send a new watch immediately However in return we ask you to leave a positive review on the below link and also send us the screenshot of that positive review:

They were answering my queries but now there is radio silence I wonder if the firm is still in existance

Avoid, they are thieves. Told me I could have a full refund if I returned the product to China but have failed to pay 😡

The strap on the airwatch broke within 2 weeks of my youngest owning it. I emailed and asked if i could purchase a spare, or if it was covered under warranty. Airwatch requested a positive review off me in exchance for a free replacement part. I figured as there had been no other issues and they had got back to me quickly that this was reasonable. It is now 2 months later, no part has arrived and all my emails have been ignored. I am now out of pocket and our youngest has a broken christmas present.

Watch wont charge and now no one replies to email. Crap customer service

I bought a watch in October and in January I emailed to say that there is an issue with it charging I received an email back 2 weeks ago to say I could not return due to being over 30 days, I emailed back to say I only want to return or a replacement due to a fault and I have not heard a response. Tried to get on site and it says there's an error loading....

Complete scam!!! Product isn’t whats shown on the website, the headphones are so cheap and bad quality. Regret not checking here first. Was told to return item to China and after analysis I’ll get a refund. I refuse to pay to ship anything to a random address in China, they were shipped from France. After saying I would leave a bad review I was offered a ‘gift’ if I left a good review and sent proof. Absolutely not!! Reported to my bank as fraud.

Avoid like the plague! Ordered headphones for my daughter who wanted to spend her Xmas money. They arrived 3 weeks later, box squashed & really rubbish quality product inside. Headphones were light & cheap plastic & the sound quality really poor.
When I went to start a return, the website had disappeared. A week later I saw it up again & contacted customer services. No one has replied to my now 3 emails. Just awful ☹️

it arrived FAULTY and they refused to give me a refund but they said that they’ll send me out replacement if i left them a good review. of course i did the review as i wanted a replacement but now they are not responding to ANY of my emails for the replacement!
they also EDITED MY REVIEW and put “came earlier than expected” - DO NOT FALL FOR THIS NONSENSE!!! ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS

First time I received my order it was damaged. Was told that if I left good feedback I would receive a replacement. I received my replacement but there is still and issue. They look like seconds as one side is bigger than the other.
Was told if they work then that’s fine as in the picture they look ok. I explained to them about looking like seconds and all I had was thank you for getting back.

Be aware any positive reviews might be as a result of blackmail to actually receive the item. Item was never delivered and claimed lost by the courier. Customer services refused refund despite knowing this and also refused to send another item. Customer services then advised they would send the item again over a month late but only if I left a positive review, which was untrue. I have since claimed the money back through a card dispute as the product was never sent. Beware of this scam company.

A rating of one is too kind. Courier didn't deliver and despite the courier admitting fault Airwatch wouldn't refund me. They insisted asked me to leave a positive review before they would consider any action. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS COMPANY ARE CROOKS

On 31 of January 2023 i purchased a headphone for € 35 ! It's now the 10 of February, the tracking number is not working and i mailed these people already 2 times.

Don't by a thing from these scammer's.

Bought from this website 2 times now and love my past purchases so have no doubt the one I'm yet to receive will be great! Really looking forward to trying it out x

Loved the watch, looks great and the features on it are fantastic, there was a few issues initially but customer services resolved them very quickly, I'm really happy with the watch and the company that supplied it, I would definitely recommend, and purchase from them again.

I read the reviews. I bought. I got my watch - pro 3 - in 10 days. Looks and feels amazing. Day one - working great. Controls qobuz on phone. Makes Bluetooth calls well. Drops and remakes bt frequently. Watch faces ok and fun. So far so good actually. Will check out battery, connection, weather app, GPS, steps counting etc over coming weeks and report back...

Delivery was fast and good. Definitely a scam though. website didn’t exist and tracking didn’t exist after purchase. It arrived with evri and the branding is completely different to the website brand. Says made in China everywhere and the product is completely different than advertised and not even same colours. Feel so cheap and as if they are going to break any second. Music quality isn’t the best and no matter what volume you play at, anyone around you can hear what song you are listening to. Going to keep them as I have no others at the moment and they seem to work for now. But definitely would not recommend. Definitely a drop shipper scan website

The website has disappeared, the tracking link I have been sent originally said that they had received it but now it can’t be found.

Avoid - waste of money
