I don’t know what was more poorly made the headphones or the box they came in. Came and the box was battered and the product doesn’t work. Asked for a replacement product and was told they would send me some. That was 8 weeks ago now. Clearly a drop shipping website with absolutely shocking customer service. Dealing with this company has left me out of pocket, out of time and extremely frustrated

I was lucky to receive a watch that works from the reviews I've read but it's only been a week so we will see. I did order a red band for my watch and after weeks of waiting I received the band only it was two of the same side with the holes. To get a band that works I was asked to write a positive review and screen shot it to them before they will ship me a new band. Told them I could not do that in good conscience and that they are hurting there own self by trying to blackmail people in to giving positive reviews. I coul not do this in good conscience. I received the emails above from them the second was in regards to my reply.. I am truly speechless? I hope I get some use out of my watch before it stops working. This is wrong on so many levels... Sad but you can't trust reviews when this is going on.

Good and timely customer response but poor delivery system. I had issue with my delivery but Airwatch has promise to send me a new item. Waiting to get the watch as a birthday gift for my Sis. Hope she will love it.

Excellent pre sale service but downhill after that.....
Excellent pre sale service with excellent tracking and updates on order. Then the Headphones arrived slightly damaged, Airwatch agreed following the video submission as many others in here blackmailed me in writing a positive review before despatching a replacement, needless to say I told them "do one" and requested a Credit Card charge back providing their e mail as evidence. Beside the Headphone is poor quality and not worth £31 ( probably £10/£15) and while the website contact details are in Le Mans , France you are in fact dealing with a Chinese company.

In all my years I've never experienced worse customer service than from Airwatch Official.
I ordered a Smartwatch at the start of November and after a few weeks the tracking for the delivery got delayed. I chased and chased Airwatch who kept giving false information that the watch would be delivered the next working day. Eventually they admitted the order had been lost and if I wanted them to send me another watch I first had to leave a positive review on here!!!!
Due to the time it took up to this point, I wasn't going to get the watch in time for Christmas so instead I have repeatedly asked for a refund given the company has admitted the parcel was lost. However they say they cannot give a refund, only can they send a new watch once I've left a positive review. I have gone back and forth that there is no point sending me a new parcel only for me to then attempt to be refunded by sending it back. I assume they'd never issue a refund anyway given their refusal in this instance.
Disgraceful that they will only take action by trying to force customers in to leaving false reviews, well they can stick that up their harris. I'd rather never get my money back than do that. Absolutely diabolical company, steer well clear.
