It's a very good experience to buy this watch.

I ordered a DT100+ Airwatch Pro which was at a very competitive price. I was able to track the watch which was delivered on time. On receiving it was very happy with the quality of it, and would recommend this company.

Great customer service following an error in the order. Looking forward to gifting this to my daughter who is very excited to receive it. 😀

I have recently brought a watch for my daughter’s birthday but I’ve had an issue with it,so I contacted the company and I’ve received very good customer support and I’m just waiting on a replacement.Jade’s customer service has been great from start to finish.

So apparently they will now give me a refund IF I leave a good review on here. Once I leave a review they will send the refund. Laughable! I've got nothing good to say! You sold me a product then didn't help 1 bit when the courier service you used lost it and it wasn't your problem. Luckily I contacted the bank the report the transaction and claim my refund.

Terrible company! i bought an Airwatch Pro 2.0 for my son, it worked 2 days, when i contacted Customer Service they asked me to send prove of the watch having an issue and asked me to send a video, which i did, after that i was told if i wanted a refund i needed to send the watch back to China, i was shocked as the website states they are based in France, i asked for them to pay the postage, completely ignored my comment, i tried to contact the email on the website and it does not exist. I have been in contact with someone in the email provided the first time i raised the issue, but they are not helpful at all. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE!
After this review I have been contacted by the company again, I was asked if I would be happy to get a new watch for free, I said I would as long as it worked. After that i received another email asking me to leave a good review and send them a screenshot, after that they will send me a new watch. Once again, it is unbelievable the lack of professionalism. I replied saying, they will have to provide a good service for me to change my mind about what I wrote. After few emails back and forward I was told we gave you 2 options, either return the watch and pay the postage to get the refund or change my review and get a free watch. The approach was completely unacceptable.
I don’t want to have any more contact with this company I just want to make sure that this doesn’t happen again to anyone.

Airwatch sent the wrong watch series8 not 2.0. Should have also had a different colour strap. Although airwatch did say I could return watch, but this means paying for track postage to China & not getting the watch I ordered until they have received the one I have had back. I just could see lots of issues here. Feel like I've over paid on old stock. Lots of reviews say quick delivery, mine took 3 weeks arrive. Did have daily notifications saying the same thing 'in transit'. That all said the watch does everything I expected other than NOT receiving calls (which is annoying) messages will show including social media messages.

Airwatch does everything that I need and quickly connected to my Samsung. Great for monitoring my steps and general health, notifications for social media and texts. The Airwatch team were quick to respond and helpful.

The watch is very attractive and worked well for 4 months. We have been offered a replacement.

Just as good if not better than ones 3 times the price.
So many features. Love it

I have used the watch for about 6 months now and it works well. The key feature I like is the vibration alert for calls and messages as I have to have my phone on silent at work. This enables me to answer calls I would otherwise miss. You can answer calls on the watch if you want, but that would be in loud speaker mode on the watch.
The watch interface with the WearPro app works well and enables you to have a map of your activity route, steps , and other metrics, which can be stored. It also enables you to configure the watch the way you want with faces, units etc.
If you compare with other watches at this price it gives you a lot.
Charging is with a magnetic cable connector on the back of the watch. I tend to turn the watch off at night so I can get about 3 days use during the daytime before recharging.
In summary, for my price point I made the right decision to buy a DT100+ Airwatch Pro.

The item was lost by the courier who have still to admit they have lost it. Airwatch have agreed to give me a full refund
