Ordered a new bed for my daughter and was sent a delivery slot by this company for Thursday last week. We then skipped my daughters bed to make space for the new one. Delivery slot was given between 12 & 2pm but delivery did not arrive until after 4pm. Upon delivery this company had only sent box 1/4 and the other 3 were still waiting in their warehouse. Again waited in all day Saturday, again almost 2 hours past the delivery window and they only turned up with 2 more boxes. I spoke with the driver line and the guy on the phone sounded half asleep and just said he would raise a complaint but could not advise where my missing box was or when it would be delivered. As of now I am still waiting to be contacted about my complaint. So my daughter is still sleeping in the floor and I have no idea when the remaining box will arrive. Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. No idea why they thought it was a good idea to send a bed out in 3 seperate deliveries. If the email had stated they were only delivering partials I would of told them to hold it all until it could be delivered in one go but the communication from them showed 4 boxes were arriving on the first day.

It was really bad, first they couldn’t get the couch in my flat. I had to come downstairs and help them maneuver it, it was crazy. It was not hard at all they just gave up.

Then for the pickup they told me they weren’t going to take it because the couch wasn’t packed. We called the company and they said it didn’t need to be packed so they finally took it.
