Guys were great with carrying what were heavy boxes,
Carefully placed them down where we wanted them.

It should have been a very simple delivery and removal. But damaged my proprty in the process. As professionals, I do not expect them to force furniture through a doorway when a simple pause to correctly align the furniture could easily have avoided any damage.

I requested an afternoon delivery due to difficulties of being at home in the morning, I didn't receive a confirmation of the timing until about 9.30pm at night, telling me the delivery slot window started at 8.47am the next morning - less than 12 hours notice, not at all helpful on terms of arranging someone to be there. Also it was a total waste of £20 extra for the delivery service to the room rather than doorstep, it was a foam mattress and it came in a tiny box - I had no idea they inflate - so this was completely unnecessary (although I appreciate this is the seller's fault for misleading information about the packaging).

I recieved an email that my delivery will not arrive today and it was cancelled, and I had to email the company to reschedule. I was out, not worrying about the package since I thought it wont arrive today, due to the email I recived. Then I recieved I call from the delivery guy saying hes comming to deliver my package TODAY. I was far far far away from my apartment so I needed a while to go recieve it. The guy then said they cant wait too long or else they have to reschedule and deliver it some other day. The problem here is that I recieved a divisive and deceitful email stating my order will not arrive today and I had to reschedule, but then it arrived today.

Received a message that delivery would be between 13:20 & 15:20, great! Later received a message that they were running 2.5 hours late, a further message to say they were running 1.5 hours late, then a call to say they were half hour away. After an hour of them still not arriving, I called them to see where they were and they said they would be half hour, I remi ded them that they said this an hour ago and I was told 'well we're installing a washing machine'. So no, not happy with this delivery company. How can they not know what they are installing and make timely provisions for it? Wouldn't recommmend

Arrived on time, polite and efficient.

I was very impressed with the service provided by AIT. Communication was excellent, the parcel arrived bang on time and the delivery driver was very helpful and friendly. A real breath of fresh air compared to some of the couriers out there who are just appalling.

No communication as to when they would be arriving, parcel left on my drive without any warning or indication! Avoid!

My bed base was out of stock when I ordered it however, comms were exactly as stated on the website and I was notified when the item was available. I had a courtesy call to arrange a delivery day and this was confirmed by email. The day before delivery I received an email advising of the delivery time window (2 hours). On the actual delivery day I received 5 updates with information relevant to the delivery (driver running 40 minutes late, driver 30 minutes away, etc). 2 very polite delivery men brought my item in the house and I signed for it-no problems at all.

My only niggle was that the polythene around the item was dirty so as long as you have your carpet covered, you’ll be ok. Highly recommended company to do business with. Thank you.
