Please do not use this company, they lie! I'd ordered a mattress which they said it would be delivered today they gave me a time for delivery, then a couple of hours before they messaged and said there was a delay, there was a delay because they sent it to the wrong depot in the wrong part of the country which I didn't find out until I rang the sender company. My son is now left with no mattress to sleep on and no delivery date. No customer service avoid avoid avoid!

This is my second complaint about this…
This is my second complaint about this company. I ordered a mattress from Dunelm and it was due to be delivered between 10:59-14-59 5minutes before delivery window I received a message to say they had a loading issue and I would receive an update within 24hrs. I have taken the day off work and have arranged for my old mattress to be uplifted. Customer service were of no help and said they would alert me on updates.
2yrs ago i ordered the same mattress for my elderly mother who lives in a retirement property. The delivery men refused to take the mattress up a flight of stairs and they were angry they could not use the lift ( not allowed due to rules in the property) they were swearing and eventually left the mattress lying in the foyer. I had to ask a painter and decorator working in the building to help me up the stairs with it.
I was reluctant to purchase anything that needed delivery but thought i had just been unfortunate.. how wrong was I !!
The worst company i have ever dealt with and was forced to give them 1 star or i would not have been able to leave this review.

Awful experience
Awful experience. I had notified company when booking that there were 2 steps from street and booked a door removal service. When delivery arrived they were obstructive, reluctant, slow and incompetent. They didn’t even come equipped with a screwdriver or steps to remove doors so had to borrow mine.

Appalling
Bought a washing machine and paid for installation and the company I bought it from use AIT for delivery. I received an email to say they would call 30-60 minutes before the were due. I received a phone call and the guy said it's AIT we will be with you in 10 minutes! They arrived put the machine in the kitchen, took photos then went to leave. I said excuse me I have paid for installation! The guy called the other guy back inside and they started to unpack the machine. They messed about with something at the back for ages then connected it up, put it in place, turned the plug on, saw the machine light up and then turned the plug off again, collected the rubbish and said there you go and left. They never tested the machine or asked me to sign anything! I read the instructions on how to work the machine and put a wash load on, after about 15 minutes it started the spin cycle and the machine started going mental, jumping about all over the place, almost smashing into the cupboards either side and the noise was horrendous. I tried to hold the machine in place whilst my children were screaming to turn it off. We managed to turn it off and I then googled why my new machine would do that and it came back saying ensure the the travel bolts are removed from the back of the machine else it can cause serious damage. I didn't see the delivery men remove anything so my son and I managed to pull the machine back out and low and behold the bolts were still in the back! At this point I was furious that the delivery men were so incompetent and could have just damaged my new machine. I have put in a complaint to the company I bought it from and they are investigating. I will never order from the company again now due to the incompetence of AIT!

Having reviewed the delivery details, we can see that the crew were unable to proceed with the installation due to a high risk identified within the wall, specifically relating to the detection of wiring. For safety reasons, our teams are unable to continue with a wall mounting installation where there is a significant risk of striking hidden cables or other services within the wall.
Unfortunately, where a risk such as this is identified, we are not permitted to proceed with the installation.
We understand this was frustrating, particularly if you were expecting the wall mounting service to be completed on the day, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
