On the sky E mail it did the delivery…
On the sky E mail it did the delivery driver would check the contents. They told me that didn't need to do that as it was only a small tv. Said it's easy to set up and left

Generally Reliable
Overall, I’ve had a good experience with AIT Home Delivery. Deliveries have generally been reliable, and the service has been professional.
The only issue I encountered was on one occasion when I wasn’t given the usual 30 minutes to 1 hour notice before the delivery of an item that required a signature. This caused some inconvenience and could have been avoided with better communication. We had to reschedule that delivery.
Apart from that, the service has been efficient and dependable. I’d be happy to use AIT Home Delivery again.

It’s very difficult to get parking…
It’s very difficult to get parking where I live and the loading bay is always occupied. However the driver stayed in contact with me until they found a space to park which was a good way from my home. I was very happy with the effort they made to get my goods delivered in a professional & pleasant manner.

The delivery was nearly 2 hours later than planned with minimal updates as to when the delivery would arrive. When the delivery driver turned up he was in a very bad mood.
