I'd have given 5 stars had the app been better designed. Example: Under 'Space Settings' the list of options is not in alphabetical order, so that you can't tell at a glance if the option you're looking for (or hoping for) is present.
There are other app perplexities (as well as the reliance on puzzling symbols and unhelpful linguistic designations) : e.g., if you want the doorbell to send a notification to another user as well as the administrator, the process of setting up this fairly obvious facility is bafflingly obscure — so much so that even the support team needed several attempts to work out what the problem was.
That said, the support team were unfailingly prompt, courteous, helpful, patient, and well informed. 5 stars plus for them.
My impression is that the app sacrifices functionality for aesthetics.

As a new adaptor of AJAX products I have been very pleased with the technical support and responsive general support team. The hardest part is getting the head out of the old way of doing things. Also their products aren't completely magical, but pretty sure they're close on that breakthru too.

Email helpline vg when I had probs with battery failing on keypad-- prompt and responsive
System works fine , tho minor issue re trpeated " lid not closed" n installers had to just deactivate that aspect, but not a big deal. Works v well from ph app

I've used the system in my home since 2025.
Turns out, I registered my account early , in 2016 (I guess). I used my present email&phone, also password which I, of course, forgot. So I couldn't register new system using my email&phone. I had to use another one
I understand: this is security. But would be great to have a way for merging old and new account

Ajax has the best technical support of all security manufacturers with 24/7 support. They helped me out of so many jams with their expertise and knowledge. They connected to my PC and found what I was doing incorrect in the configuration. I always tell my clients that Ajax Support is the best in the industry. They even helped me on a holiday.

I had a problem with an Ajax Button. I went to the Ajax website and found the email address of their technical support desk. The folk on the support desk were super friendly and helpful. Their response was very quick. They gave me a number of options to try to resolve my issue. I did what they suggested, and the problem was resolved.

The alarm system is excellent - high quality components and App. I was easily able to install it myself with assistance, within an hour or so for each enquiry, from the outstanding Ajax support team. I have been using the system now for about 3 weeks an there have been no false alarms, but testing has shown it is sensitive to possible intrusions.

I have a fairly common house in Sweden although on the larger side.
I have had alarm-system for years but eventually I got feed-up on the cost.
Started to scout for a new & found Safeland, the Swedish reseller of Ajax-systems in Sweden.
Now I have the same service as before but at a very much lower recurring cost & I have 5x more sensors.
Easy to install.
Just works.

I have been very impressed by both their quick (and accurae) responses and the level of detail they offered with one more detailed query.
I wish all Support offered by organisations was as good as Ajax Systems Support.

(This is my third public review since the Big G introduced them way back when I had hair). It gets my goat a bit- post-break-in (Xmas 2025), everybody (after profusions of sympathy) offered every 'service' and 'solution' imaginable (from 'please don't break in' signage through to smoke bomb products and vigilante patrols). When it came to cost however, opinion (my own included) never varied: you can compromise quality to save money. To cut a long story short, um, this is NOT TRUE. The pricetag doesn't reflect what goes on 'behind the scenes' (iterative and consistent R&D and experience, follow/back-up and care-full monitoring and support). Ajax's socio-technical products are streets ahead. Take-home message: don't wait until you're facing two men in balaclavas when you wake up to pee- get perimeter control etc; GET AJAX. chrs, Peter
