I recently reached out to customer support because I was having trouble getting another user to access the system. It turned out the mistake was entirely on my end. I was sending the invitation to one email address while my wife was trying to register using a completely different one. Despite my simple user error, the support team was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful. They guided me through the issue step by step until everything was fully resolved. Truly top-notch customer service.

Recently I had a technical issue with my Ajax alarm system, possibly (indirectly) caused by a software update. I reported the problem to the helpdesk on Sunday, and they contacted me first thing Monday morning.
I received excellent assistance—the staff were knowledgeable, patient, and very pleasant to deal with. They really engaged with the issue, guiding me through the recovery process step-by-step throughout the day; the explanations were clear and practical, resulting in the problem being resolved that same day.

We’ve had our Ajax security system installed for nine months, and it has performed flawlessly. Our setup provides comprehensive, room-by-room coverage, including door, motion, leak, and smoke/heat sensors. The monitoring team’s response time to alarms is exceptionally fast. Our only minor issue was with the adhesive tape loosening on one of the door sensors, causing it to fall, but overall, we are highly satisfied with the system.

Honestly speaking I think that is a very good quality alarm system with a quite clear UX through app and hardware. I have to say thanks to my electrical installer for having suggested to me this brand!

We had Ajax alarms installed after our previous system kept giving false alarms. After 6 months with Ajax we have had no issues. The controls are easy to set using the app but there is a control panel too. Very happy.

Ajax were really helpful - we have an alarm system installed by professionals in our home. The system is great but one of the detectors stopped working. Ajax were hugely responsive with their troubleshooting support and enabled us to discern that there was a problem with that piece of equipment which was replaced free of charge by our suppliers as it was recent. The service was great, the solution was perfect and the alarm & camera system works really well and is very reliable. Thank you, Ajax!

Had a problem with 2 smoke detectors. They help me by sending me two instructions including a YouTube video in order to fix the problem which did it job

In use now for over 6 month. Works perfectly, not a single false Alarm. Connection via iphone is very convenient. We also use the cameras and having it all on one platform is just great!
