We will never use any of their services again.
Upon we requested non emergency repair, engineering visit was scheduled few days after. The visit took only 10minutes as the issue with out toilet stopped the night before so repair wasn’t really needed, but we were still charged for half an hour service at call out rate.

My partner's mother had a boiler fitted by Alford plumbing and heating recently. She was impressed by the punctual, polite and efficient service she received and is very happy with her new boiler.

Always prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, honest and willing to go the extra mile. I cannot praise this company highly enough.

Had to call Alford plumber out on an emergency as my boiler was leaking, Phil came promptly at the time I was texted,the same day.He found the fault and efficiently fixed it.I was expecting a huge bill,for callout, part and labour. I was very surprised at the reasonable cost.

They arrived as per appointment, the 2 young engineers were courteous, polite and took pride in their work. they explained exactly what they were doing and advised us of the changes necessary as the job progresses, they also left our house clean and tidy.
I would definitely recommend them.

The job didn't start too well after Ashton was issued with the wrong specialist OEM kit to service our cistern.
But the most important thing was, that instead of getting back in his van, he then went about devising a work around. After speaking to the manufacturer's technical helpline he managed to turn things around and successfully finish the job without out any drama.

I contacted Alfords on a Friday at 11.30am.
At 3.30, Tyler the fitter turned up and diagnosed the problem for me.
He managed to get the pump going, but waited for 15 minutes to check.
When the pump stopped again he rushed out to get a new pump before 5pm.
He then came back and fitted the pump so we had hot water.
Best plumbing service I have used and would fully recommend them for customer service and price

This was the first time I had used Alford Plumbing and Heating and was extremely pleased with the choice. Having had a boiler issue, they were able to attend promptly and resolve the fault quickly and without any fuss. The engineer was polite, punctual and extremely tidy while fixing the problem.
