This company is a total scam.... I didn't receive a coffee machine I received a pair of men's briefs in a small box. Luckily I got my money back from PayPal..... DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Can I encourage everyone whom has had a negative experience to report ColourShe to Facebook as a Scam. Ok, we may not get our refunds which we rightly deserve, but at least if enoigh of us report them we might get their facebook page taken down and stop anyone else getting ripped off.

If I could give them no stars I would. Do not touch them with a barge pole! Placed an order for 3 tops end May. Just received them 2 months later. The garments are of extremely poor quality and sizes are all wrong. I am a 14/16 - one top was more like a 24, another 10/12. Even the one that fits me looks awful. A complete waste of £52 ...I should have known better and read reviews first. Instagram and Facebook should stop allowing this type of company to advertise on their sites. Also, their customer service is almost non-existent. The one reply I did get was a standard response and in French! Worst shopping experience ever!

I only gave one star because I had toning order to proceed. ABSOLUTE rubbish ordered my t-shirts in 10 June, now 9 July and I have not even had confirmation or order let alone my goods. I wish I had checked them out before my order, those that ha e received their goods are saying what rubbish they are. Right about now just want my money back. And why are they still allowed to advertise on Twitter and Instagram.

Ordered from this company nearly 2 months ago and haven't received a thing. After reading the other reviews it sounds like getting nothing is better than getting their terrible products. Lesson learned.

I'd give them no stars if possible!! Complete rip off company. Very poor merchandise. Wouldn't be seen dead wearing them. Sizes deliberately misleading. They use same format for dealing with complaints from everyone. After nonsensical discount offers you can basically return to them and weeks and weeks later they are returned to you unopened. No refund ever paid out. I went through PayPal who were not very helpful either. I would still have been out of pocket 50%. They seem to operate under other names too. So be warned. Check reviews before buying anything from China... I'm out of pocket to the sum of £64 now. Small consolation is alerting everyone else to their unscrupulous methods and hopefully put them out of business for good.. I'll donate the items to charity shop where they can be sold off for rags..... That's all they're fit for..... And put it down to experience.

I have also had a bad time with this company out of pocket 30 pounds promised me a refund sent goods back tracking number now 5 months down the line they returned the trousers back. DO NOT USE THEM No reply to any messages . Lets hope the don't get to fleece anyone else

DO NOT USE. company a scam from China. Goods poor quality and bad fit. You won't get your money back or postage and packing. 4 months of trying and still £90. down. They are not answering my emails now. Always check reviews as there is nothing to stop this company continuing.

This is a criminal company! Delivered a wrong item, never received anything that I ordered. Refused to give any refund and instead offered a 10% discount of the received item that I never ordered!!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

Yet another 1 star! Tried to return items and had them tracked so I know they were delivered but guess what, no refund! They are now denying any knowledge of the order being returned and are no longer in contact so am now down by £90 for the clothes and the return payment. Purchased on a debit card so gutted!

Please DO NOT use this company. The quality of the clothes are dreadful and it is almost impossible to get a refund. When you do get a refund they take money off you for delivering it in the first place. Absolute THIEVES!!!!!

Absolute charlatans!!!!! This company should not be allowed to trade. Like so many others who have had a terrible experience I was met with a brick wall when I asked for a refund stating I would have to return the goods at my own cost despite the products being of extremely poor quality. Don’t even go there. Oh & that little pop up you get when looking at their website saying that other items are being brought right there & then is a scam.

My item was un-wearable due to the faults, but I was told I should take it to a tailors and pay for it to be fixed!!!

One star as there wasn't an option for no star. - i paid for 2 items on the 10th of Aug, on my debit card...... had the same stupid e-mails as everyone else on here.....its been 4 months now and i still haven't rec'd anything yet..tracking number provided is invalid......as i paid by debit card - should i just give up and put it down to a bad experience ?? From all the other reviews, its nothing short of daylight robbery....

Like many others who have written on this site I too ordered 3 articles, all were delivered and 1 was fine, one a bit tight and the other so ridiculously miss sized that I wished to return it. Then came the battle! This was the first reply

So having refused the last offer of 15%, I was offered 20% off to keep the tops. So fed up and having checked that the cost of sending the parcel to China would cost me £13, I agreed to the discount and gave the tops to charity.
The site in no way tells you the products are shipped from China and they make the refund policy sound so simple.
Be careful and think before buying from this site.

Absolute sham of a company promise refund for shoddy goods that in no way resemble the goods advertised cannot believe they can still advertise and get away with this behaviour via what we would believe to be vigilant companies who should be protecting their customers. Absolutely ridiculous but they are clearly still cheating people do not incur further cost returning items because they still don’t refund and even if you have paid via PayPal this doesn’t protect you as they continually insist they need tracking code and won’t acknowledge any other response.

They don't deserve any stars! After spending £70 on this tack, they offered me 10% off and give them to family member! Managed to get address to return after loads of emails later. Sent them back at a cost of £18. Royal mail say it couldn't be delivered!. Then this company said they have refunded via PayPal. No they didn't. Liars! Unfortunately I didn't escalate and the case got closed. PayPal will not reopen. Dont know what happened to the parcel now 3 months later. These thieves have had me going around in circles for months. No clothes. No refund. No postage refund. Totally been robbed!🤬🤬

I ordered 5 items from them. I never received 2, but the other 3 were not as described i.e embroidered. They were badly printed on cheap cotton and one of them wasn't even the correct colour! It was described as brown and was a revolting flesh colour. The sizes were wrong too despite my carefully choosing the size from their guides with every item!
I attempted a refund via the company which they resisted, giving me the run around.
In the end I opened a dispute with PayPal and escalated it within the time limits.
Sent the items back via tracked Royal Mail with "RETURNED GOODS" marked prominently on the package ( apparently it helps to get the goods through customs quickly) and PayPal gave me a full refund!
I am out of pocket by the £15 postage but better that than £84

I too have had a bad experience with this company and would definitely recommend you avoid them at all costs.
My clothing came, I tried on one top and it was so tight although I had up-sized, it was unwearable. Then began the 'battle'. I tried to pursue returns. Yes 10% off and then 15% off my next order! So useful. I didn't return the items as I didn't trust the company at all.
I too went through PayPal. I see in other reviews people got their money back. I did not! I would love to know where I went wrong.So almost £100 down. eBay here I come! Hopefully I will at least get 99p per item.
