Very bad and incompetent company. I should have checked the reviews before using them so I hope this will help others as I basically got done by this company and lost around £70. Awful customer service, they do not exchange your items if they don't fit. I had to chase the order, they ignored my emails and lied about it, saying I didn't inform them (update about change of address) even though I attached the original email sent to them as proof of correspondence!! I strongly suggest you stay away from this lot - I'll never use them again.

I left negative feedback some months ago. I wanted to give an update on a positive outcome of a dispute raised through PayPal. It was a tortuous process involving paying £15 for tracked postage of 3 items to China. I tracked their progress online. PayPal have just found in my favour and refunded me in total. My cost in all this, apart from the irritation and anxiety, was the £15 postage. I can take that as a learning exercise not to buy online! My message is, don't give in and accept their 10% or 20% offered discount! PayPal will help you through the process.

Stupidly ordered without checking reviews. Two of my 3 items did arrive but poor poor QUALITY.NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISED. When I asked for a refund for the 3rd item that didn't arrive I am still waiting weeks on. DO NOT ORDER. THIS IS A SCAM SITE WITH NO SCUPLES. Very very poor service that rips people off.

Extremely poor service.I ordered a jumper in August 2019 and I am still asking for a refund .There reply is please be patient ,however they were quick to take me money and 12 weeks later I still DO NOT HAVE A REFUND.

Have experienced everything that other reviewers have. However I am pleased to report that having persevered with them, even threatening legal action I have finally received a FULL REFUND. It has taken 2 months but I did not give up. Yes it cost me £10 to return the parcel to China and it was a lot of hassle but it was worth it in the end, I was determined they were not going to get the better of me.

Their clothes look so attractive on facebook and in their ads but they do not deliver what they promise. I ordered two tops that were pictured in a linen-type fabric. When they finally arrived they were in a cheap and nasty cotton that was nothing like the fabric in the picture.

The fabric in the picture fell nicely and was meant to be worn loosely. Because the fabric had changed, the tops were too big even though I ordered and received small sizes, and they do not drape like the pictures.

When I tried to return them I found out they had come from China (not obvious when you go through the ordering process) and was told it would be too expensive for me to return them. I was offered a discount against future purchases.

Their website talks about returns and does not say that it is impossible due to the cost. I have no intention of ever buying from them again so a discount is worse than useless.

I am now left with two useless, unwearable items that are not even fit for giving to the charity shop.

Awful product. I ordered a bright mustard yellow top which looked beautiful on the picture. When it arrived it was a crumpled, see-through, dirty yellow, thin linen and the hems weren't even sewn. It had just been cut off at the bottom with a pair of scissors and had loads of threads just hanging. When I asked to return the product, they first delayed by asking what problem was, asking for photos etc. and then suggested I give it to a friend. When I became more forceful, they said I could return it but only if I could send it to China for £2 or less due to "customs regulations". I threw the item in the bin and chalked that one up to experience. Please do not use! I wish I'd read all these reviews first!

Horrific shopping experience, terrible clothing items of very low quality - the pictures are entirely misleading. Huge delivery delay, and the package was simply left at the front door - anyone could have taken it. Be cautious, this is a remarkable type of fraud. I strongly recommend to stay away from alicemelle...

Absolute scam of a company. Ordered 3 items then after 8 weeks, 2 emails and a complaint via Paypal 2 of the items arrived. Nothing like picture. Sizing and design a joke. Now trying to get my money back and return items via Paypal. On no account ever buy from this company. Recommend checking any pop up fashion company that appears on Ebay or Facebook. If it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

This must be a scam, I placed an order back in early August and paid via paypal with money being taken straight away. In mid September I chased the order but did not get much of a reply. I have now had to revert to the paypal resolution centre to get my money back.
Do not go there, this company takes your money and does not deliver.

STAY AWAY this company is terrible, ordered, cloths they arrived nothing like the pictures at all, no invoice or return address, emailed them 4 times for a refund and a return address, no reply so I got pay pal involved, the company replied as soon as I said PayPal, the return address China,very surprised, even though they had replyed on there website to a few peoples question on where they were based they said America. So now got return address but they are not keen on a full refund they offered 20%.and keep the order, I refused I wanted a full refund. They said return the parcel and when it arrived they will refund me, I posted it with post office tracking, the company wanted the tracking no so they could track it as well, I tracked it from the post office right though to delivery to them so I know they have it. Now PayPal are involved with getting my refund which should be in a few days. Thank god payed through PayPal or I would never see my money again, so please STAY AWAY FROM ALICEMELLE BE WARNED.Can I also add many people said they would not have ordered from this company if they had read the reviews, I did reads reviews on Facebook and there website, 4* or 5*all excellent not a single bad one at all, so make your mind up on that one. I then posted a bad review warning people not to use them explaining why, as i notice all the bad reviews on here and there are plenty and not one good, seem to follow the same patten roughly, and guess what my bad waring review has never appeared what a surprise.And the sad thing is the cloths they show are really nice, I would buy plenty if there were like that in real life, this company would do very well if they didn't sell cheap clothes that look or feel, nothing like the pictures they show , but am sure they won't and will just carry on as they are miss leading trusting customers.

So they have said they will give me a refund but I have to return them to China and pay the postage. I don’t trust them to refund me. A joke of a company. Rubbish clothes rubbish service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Shoddy goods would not give a return address so I resorted to a PayPal complaint they have given me an address for returns and asked for the tracking number for the package. They will give the refund once the package reaches CHINA. Yes it's a Chinese co also trading under the guise of Beauty US Corp.
Avoid these clothes they are of poor quality the fabrics aren't as described and they have no labels.
Report to PayPal.

I have also tried to return items that I did not like when they arrived, the answer from the company was to "just try them and if I still didn't like them give them to my friends or family as I chose to buy them"
I have never come across customer service like this. Do not waste your money buying from this company!!

Shocking and fake. I was shown ratings in August that were 4/5. When my clothing hadn't arrived I checked the reviews to see if this had been mentioned. Had a bit of a shock to see that the reviews had plummeted to a 1/5. I chased my clothing order, it arrived yesterday and it was nothing like my order. It was as though someone had opened a bag and chucked random items in it.....fuming and felt the need to warn other.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering. 6 weeks after ordering I'd not had anything so emailed them, got a badly written email telling me to be patient & that 1 item was out of stock but they were sending the others soon. A month after that I've received the clothes. Tops are 2 small & the trousers look nothing like the website image, they look like they would be ok for a 70's fancy dress party. Have emailed them to ask how to return & got the same reply as everyone else asking me to send photos. I'm not holding out much hope of getting a refund 😔

Zero stars for this scam of a company. Want to return all 3 items bought and they want me to send pictures. I am so bloody peeved with them at this moment as I don't know how many times I tell them that I do not like the items bought and want to return them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

0 stars would be better! They are frauds. The quality is very very poor. 2 out of the 5 items I ordered were too small and I wanted to return them. After loads of emails they only offer a 10% refund and making treats that freight costs and customs will be very expensive. Normally I always read reviews first, unfortunately in this case I haven't.
