One star is too good for this rubbish company. After many e mails and being told to give the items to friend or family i received a £5 refund! Note to self read reviews before purchasing!

I ordered 4 items in larger sizes than my usual and all of them are too small. I have contacted them to return the goods and get a refund and they are only offering me 10% of my order. I thought I had legal protection for mail order but they keep arguing with me. I'll never order from them again. They are behaving fraudulently and should be prosecuted.

I can only agree with all the other negative comments. The items I received were much poorer quality than they appeared in the photos and what looked like embroidered or applique decorations were cheap gaudy prints. Several emails back and forth after I asked to return the items but the Brick Wall I was up against was impregnable! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CROOKED Company!

FFS! I so wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! Ordered 3 items - 2 arrived which were totally different to what I ordered - they asked for photos - which I sent - their reply was that I got what I ordered and told to check my order!!!!!!!!! Even though there were pictures of the items I ordered on the email which bore no resemblance to those received! I'm not very tech minded so never thought to look at the reviews - can't Facebook do something about this??? It was through Facebook that I ordered from them! Although I notice they haven't come up on mine for a while!!! They must be raking it in - ROBBERS!

Wouldn't even give them 1 star!! I have only just received 2 of the 3 items I ordered 7 WEEKS ago! Like a number of other customers I should have checked reviews before I ordered, but I'm not particularly tech savvy and never thought to. Well I've learnt my lesson & it's cost me £50. The sizing is all wrong, the fabric bears no resemblance to the photos on the web pages and there are no washing instructions/composition labels in either item. There was no sender name or address on the bag the order arrives in, and no delivery note inside. I've asked for a return address. From other reviews I guess I won't be getting one. I've ticked the box for my review to be sent to AliceMelle, but I guess they won't be the least bit interested. PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My name is Helen & I'm using my husband's account - he doesn't order women's clothes!!

I have just sent back two tops that were purporting to be size large but which would not fit a size 10. The company were hell to deal with and yes again I was told to give them to friends or they could give me a 10% go away refund - £3.70 !!!
I have complained to paypal and also sent them the trustpilot link- do not touch these people with a barge pole they are scammers.

1 star is too many for this rip off company! No goods and continually fobbed off by them. Had to put a claim in through PayPal to get my money back.

A follow up to my first review of this company. What a scam. Took up a dispute with PayPal. Company then agreed to a refund, issuing a Chinese address, giving a short deadline for return and requiring a tracking number. I would have complied just to spite them and get some money back, even though the postage would probably have amounted to quite a lot, but was out of the UK before this information came through and did not return until after their deadline, so PayPal closed the claim.

I also think that this Company may have HACKED my email address, as my friends started getting weird mails seemingly from me just after thus episode. PLEASE don't use this company under any circumstance.

Awful quality. Items look like very cheap copies of the items you order. Impossible to return. Do not order from this company.

Only gave them 1 star so I could leave review. Dont buy from these people, I have emailed them 4 time about return, no reply. there products are very poor quality not worth the money , practically impossible to return . Not happy

Placed my order, order came, one of the item s (damaged) I wished to send back on their 15 day return policy ~ after much too ing & fro ing got the allclear to return to China , have to pay my own postage ~ I like many others have cancelled the outstanding item , not yet dispatched , also awaiting refund .have written company stating I would never use the company again.

What an appalling company. Bought some items from them but the sizing and quality is dreadful. They clearly state that you can return items but when you contact them they want pictures and then say it will be too costly for me to send them back or may get lost. They told me to send them to my friends and family if they are no good and as a 'good will ' gesture they would offer me a 10% discount!

I should have read reviews about this company...a big mistake on my part. This company should be reported to the trading standards if possible ! All I got was a top that was just cut out not even machine hemmed any where not even the neck...I’ll put this down to experience!

I received my clothes.
The quality is very bad.
It's also to small
I cann't send it back.
They ask pictures and I send them.
But they don't answer.
I lost my money. :(

Absolutely awful. Please do not order. I ordered in August and cancelled three weeks later as I no longer required the clothing...they promised a five day delivery. Had several mails apologising. When I cancelled the order the company refused a repayment stating that some of the order had been sent. They finally arrived DESPITE me cancelling. Quality disgraceful...nothing like adverts or images...wrong material, wrong sizes and very cheap transfers on shirts. No hems on any item and lots of thread hanging from clothes. The company refuse to give a return address. PLEASE do not use.

On how I wish, like so many others giving a review, that I'd read the comments on this site. Blue top arrived today, 3rd October, after ordering on 9th Sept. What a joke! The fabric is nothing like the image on web site and the top is smaller than expected. Returns instructions are also a joke which is why no one bothers to return. However I'll wear my cheap cotton handkerchief of a top on holiday next week and leave it behind at a thrift shop. That'll teach me! A complete waste of fabric, time and labour by some disadvantaged sweat shop worker, waste of packaging and waste of time by postal workers and waste of my energy opening the parcel.

Really didn't want to score this company any stars as they are so awful. I am usually a careful shopper but got drawn in by the 'beautiful ' clothes. The clothes are awful, very poor quality and the sizing is completely wrong. I requested a refund and they wanted me to forward photos of me wearing the clothes to see that they didn't fit, I refused and included a photo of their returns flow chart included in the order. They are now not replying to my emails and I've lost approx £50. Don't touch them how ever lovely the photos look.

Ordered without looking at the reviews first. Big mistake!
Emailed Alicemelle several times to request cancellation of the order which I placed on the 2nd September and had some strange replies asking me why and that my order was being made a priority. I raised an unresolved dispute with PayPal who are investigating.

This was the last reply from Alicemelle I received on the 17th September:

For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.Hope your kind understanding.Thank you so much!

Received the goods on 26th September. Very poor quality and one pair of trousers were a nylon type material - not cotton as advertised. I will have to donate them to the clothes bank now not that I expect anyone to want to wear or recycle them!

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS CHINA BASED COMPANY. THE SIZING OF THE CLOTHING IS LUDICRIOUSLY WRONG. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS CONTRARY TO WHAT THEY SAY ON THEIR WEBSITE. I HAD TO OPEN A PAYPAL DISPUTE TO GET ANY SENSE OUT OF THEM. NOW IT WOULD COST A FORTUNE TO RETURN THE GOODS TO CHINA. THEY TOLD ME TO GIVE THE GOODS (THAT WERE WAY TOO SMALL) TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME 10% OFF ANOTHER ORDER!!!

Can't provide a zero Mark but would if could. They sell items that do not match descriptions. Replies are very slow and they refuse to either refund the cost nor provide a return label. Very poor company.
