Just received my tops 6 weeks since I ordered despite my correspondence. Well I have wasted my money, utter crap the material is like cheap crepe! With ironed on transfers, certainly not like the advertised pictures. Should of known better than to order from a company on pop ups on Facebook. Charity shop here I come,

I received this website on Facebook and it looked legitimate. The clothing looked beautiful and varied. I ordered a top, which took weeks to arrive and when it did, it was cheap fabric, shapeless and very, very small. I emailed and requested ‘authorisation ‘ for a refund. The email came back undelivered 3 times. The fourth time I got a reply in broken English from Damon, asking for photos. By this stage I didn’t want them to have any more of my details so I’ve cut my losses. Wish I’d read the reviews as I usually do but didn’t on this occasion and got mugged.....I do not suggest anyone use this site.

My mistake: I didn't read independent reviews. I ordered a size L instead of M as I wanted it to be baggy. It went round me, just. Probably equated to size 10.
The fabric certainly not linen. I requested a refund and they asked for photos. Why? They then said they'd sent the correct size and they'd give me a discount on future purchase. Future purchase? They've got to be kidding! I sent them a stroppy email but won't bother returning the top as postage to China more than it's worth and I'm pretty certain they wouldn't give me my money back. Don't get drawn in to the lovely pictures, they bear no resemblance to reality!

Never again ! I ordered some tops and waited nearly a month for the items. As they were so long I tried to cancel my order but they told me they were in the post and I couldn’t. I waited another two weeks and when I received the tops they were dreadful. The quality was so poor they looked like they had come from the rag pile. Also the sizes were all different even though they claimed to be the same size. I emailed asking how I return items for a refund and after several run around emails was told to give them to my family or friends if they didn’t fit me. Don’t buy anything from this company you might as well burn your money.

I am so cross with myself! I should have read trust point instead of going with the reviews on the company website.

If I could give no stars I would. Items took 2 1/2 months to arrive , when I queried the length of time it was taking. I was told they were being hand finished ha what a joke

Garments are unfinished, cheap transfers, so crumpled they look like rags, tailoring is port- the shoulder seam is at the elbow .
Sizing is a joke, no way those sizes are As advertised.

I’m annoyed that judging by other responses it’s very unlikely I will get a refund! 😡

And can see today they are advertising on Facebook again under a different name and stating they are based in the USA.

Usually I check the reviews but for some reason I didn't. I should have. The product arrived quite swiftly. Happy days. I tried it on - it fitted..... again, seems OK as usually the products that come from these facebook pages don't fit at all. But then I look at the product more clearly - the top I ordered isn't made of nice material and is completely unfinished - the ends of the sleeves and the bottom of it are unhemmed! I tried to get a refund and this is the response:

Does not deserve even 1 star,ordered 2 tops,after 3 weeks 1 arrived that has stains on the front 👹 no sign of the second top yet,not holding my breath about a return or refund,will try though so watch this space,absolutely disgusting company,do not use.

Do NOT, i repeat Do NOT buy anything from this web site. The will not forward a return address when requested and the quality is the worst i have ever seen. These need to be closed down! NO STARS AS THEY ARE THAT BAD!

Ordered 3 tops 1 ok other 2 are same design and I ordered the same size but both were totally different, emailed them they said to give away to friends and to order more and I would get big discount... I've asked for refund or 2 new tops I doubt I will get either.

Wished I had read reviews. One item was fine other two unwearable. Asked for exchange to bigger size and was told to give them away to friends who they will fit. Shame as so many people asked where did I get first item from and just said don't touch this company with a barge poll. Still ongoing emails.

Like many others, I have had problems with this company. Five weeks after ordering, the goods have not arrived and my instruction to them to cancel and refund have been met with silly offers, which I have refused.
One way to bring this scam to public attention is to make a post on your local blog. It is a nationwide service - just type in Next Door and then the name of your town e.g. Next door Romford, It is a useful blog - free offers, requests for help, warnings of local crime etc etc. I have made a post on my local Next Door and received thanks, some from people who were about to make a purchase!
Also, in my mail from AliceMelle this morning they gave me an a/d to return the goods when (if?), they arrive. If anybody wants this I will make a post here. However, I would not trust returning the goods.

Like the others I wish I had read the reviews. In effect this company is no better than a scam. They are also operating under other names so beware.

Clothes appallingly made from the cheapest of materials and returns impossible. They use delaying tactics and then don't pay up anyway.

DO NOT PURCHASE.

THEY DO NOT DESERVE ONE STAR... IF I COULD PUT A MINUS IN FRONT OF THE ABOVE STARS I WOULD. I ORDERED MY GOODS ALL £96.00 WORTH A MONTH AGO NOW AND I STILL HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT, ALTHOUGH THE MONEY CAME OUT OF MY BANK WITHIN HALF AN HOUR OF ME ORDERING THE GOODS. THIS COMPANY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF THIEVES.
THEY HAVE TOLD ME IF I CANCEL MY ORDER IT WILL BE A CANCELLATION FEE OF 15%.
DO NOT WHAT SO EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ROBBERS OF THE 1ST DEGREE

Company doesn't deserve any stars, like most people whose reviews I've read, i too have had problems, i cancelled my order an hour after i placed it, i contacted them asking for a refund was told we will take 15%of the refund due part of the order was processed, that was the 11 days ago, still waiting for the refund

Yet another mug, shame I didn't read reviews 1st. I am trying to return a top that is way too small. Trying to get a return address and not getting anywhere. have just been told to send a photo for the warehouse manager and production manager, even though they have the product code. I am very annoyed that I have been taken for a mug. Saw the goods on facebook and this is the second time I have fallen foul of Facebook advertising. Never again. Has anyone been successful in getting a refund.

Awful, polite, but awful. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Of my 4 items only 2 have arrived so far.
The trousers are ok but the top is shoddy, small and is nothing like the photo.
The photo clearly shows a top that almost reaches the knee with a baggy effect. The real top doesn’t have a bottom hem, just about reaches my waist and has sleeves so tight they look ridiculous.
They said I had ordered the correct item but if it didn’t fit I should give it to a friend!
The next response said it was too expensive to return so they would give me a discount next time I ordered! AS IF!
Very disappointed.

They do not deserve 1star, I am currently waiting to hear from them to arrange return and refund.

What I ordered and what I received do not bear any resemblance.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Very poor customer service when dealing with complaint. Products of poor quality, one item unravelling at the seams and sizing completely wrong. Virtually no return policy to speak of, as offering 10 to 20% max and will refund only upon receipt of merchandise. Customer has to pay pp and duty, after which refund is pointless. Will report to PayPal and hope they will take action.

After reading all the reports the same here, I wish I'd done my homework better. Paypal have not been any better in getting a refund for me. I have thrown the clothes in the bin. The clothes are awful and the company should not be allowed to trade. They take all the negative comments off Facebook and only leave false ones on.

I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before ordering from this company, which I saw advertised on Facebook. The top I ordered was described as "linen and cotton". In fact, it's poor quality polyester/nylon and with no label inside the garment to identify the fabric and/or washing instructions. the seams are poorly finished. There is no address for "returns" with the packaging but the parcel seems to have come from a trading estate in Milton Keynes? I am not going to waste time and money attempting to return this item - be warned!
