I was sent two tops in the cheapest material imaginable - certainly not the cotton they are described as on the website. Ah well, you live and learn.

A costly reminder not to use companies that don’t have clear contact and return information.

I Ordered 2 items of clothing value approx £40. They were both far too small and one item was the wrong colour way. Sent 3 emails to company requesting their returns address. Finally got a response asking for photos of the items! Sent the photo received the following email in response
“A nice day to you!
We are sorry for bring you unpleasant shopping experience . Because the goods are shipping from other countries ,the custom fee is so high when return.It maybe lost in the process of returning.If lost , we can't refund the money to you. In the process of returning goods,the high custom tax you will be charged.The cost far exceeds the value of the goods.If you really do not want it and it is not suitable for you, you can send it to your friends or family.In order to show our sincerity we can give you 10% refund of items , do you agree?

Their previous email had offered a 30% refund so I replied to it accepting their offer.

Moral of the storey no matter how good something looks in FB from this company it’s just not worth the hassle - even with the refund I have 2 useless items of clothing and am still out £30.

Update! Got my money back via Paypal so all of you that purchased from these scammers that paid via Paypal take it up with them and you will get your money back! Also be warned this company is now going under two different names on FB etc.......

Do not buy from this company!
They are not in America as they state but in China, I stupidly placed an order before checking into them to verify this! 16 days after I had placed the order and paid they still not dispatched the goods. When I emailed them to chase they said that due to demand they were having difficulty with supply and I could wait or opt for a refund. I chose the refund, that is over a week ago and they have done nothing but give me the runaround! I have escalated it to a dispute with Paypal and when they realised this they stated they have part dispatched the order when they knew full well that I wanted a refund as it was in six of my replies to them! All they keep going on about is I must cancel the dispute with Paypal as they know full well that once cancelled the buyer effectively as no redress to get their money back. I have not cancelled the dispute and will be persuing Paypal for a full refund, if the goods ever arrive (which I doubt) tough luck, they shouldn't have sent them!

Wish I had read these before placing my order. Ordered items weeks ago, have had to chase and some items in stock and said would refund those not. Now expecting shoddy, poor quality items 😡😡

Awful. The site is dishonest. It claims to have an easy returns policy. There is none. You will be told you can't return. If you persist, they offer you 10% refund. If you persist further, 20% then an address in China to return items to, with a warning not to go over 2Gdp otherwise it alerts customs?!! This option will just cost you even more. I brought 4 items all in the same size. 2 fitted. 2 were enormous. I kept pointing out this had to be their error, either in sizing garments or wrongly labelling the size tag for my items. They did not accept responsibility. I have wasted my money. I am very suspicious of the ratings on their own site. I tried to leave a review but it needed my email and name. I strongly suspect the reviews are filtered. They bear no correlation to trustpilot reviews! I will never buy from this company again. The 2 garments that fitted are cheap, with ironed on stickers. Don't think they'll survive a wash.... Avoid this seller.

Have an address in China on package that arrived. Wondering if I should sent items back to there or am I wasting my time. Has anyone got their money back through their credit card ??

This company are appalling AVOID. Scam company, clothing is poor quality and not like featured on their website. Returns are shambolic and a joke. Don’t let these kind of companies win over decent trusting people

I think this site is a scam. I placed an order which has never arrived. I am told that my money has been refunded but it has not, to date, deflected on my account. You have been warned.

Like other reviewers my experience of Alicemelle is not good. My order took 3 weeks to arrive and the quality is poor
Trousers that looked on website as if heavy cotton or linen were made from lightweight polyester and poor quality.I ordered two tops one arrived with a raw hem and smaller than I ordered but otherwise fabric was reasonable quality. The second top is reasonable quality and does fit.
The website give a misleading impression of fabric and quality I will not use this company again.

Wish I had read these reviews before paying money on terrible quality garments. I could read the label saying made in China through one of them. I’ve just received the following email (so you can see the level of English referred to in other reviews).

What a scam. Refuse to send return address. Sending address on packages was from Milton Keynes. Emails written in rubbish English. Face book should take them off there site.

I ordered £70 worth of clothes that looked very attractive on the photos - what a mistake to order something in app! About 2 weeks later the items turned up - and as others have said, the material was cheap and shoddy, designs were printed on and the fit was little better than a bin-bag! I'm currently trying to get a refund, but judging by other reviews it looks like I might have to write it off as an expensive lesson. All the 5 star reviews on their website are a complete sham!
If I get a reply and a refund I will be prepared to leave another, better review.... we shall see!

So further to my post yesterday about this company, they tell me I can’t return the parcel but they are willing to give me a big discount on my next order!!!! I have informed them that I will not be ordering from them in the future and do not want to be left with an item of clothing that I can’t wear whilst they have my money!!! I have asked them for my money back. Let’s see how long it takes and how many emails I have to write!!

Absolutely shocking quality - nothing like the pictures on the website - ironed on designs! Trying to get an address for returns but not receiving any response from my emails - does ANYONE have the returns address? Shocking - don't waste your money!!!

Facebook needs to stop advertising them!

The goods I purchased were described as linen/cotton mix and embroidered.. what I actually got was a polyester cotton mix covered in really ham fisted iron on transfers. Apparently goods must be returned to china at my cost! Nothing like what's shown on the website- please avoid and save yourself the stress

I ordered and paid for 4 items, then read these reviews, so was very concerned about my order.. I emailed a couple of times to see if the goods had been sent and had a prompt reply each time. After 3 weeks waiting I emailed them asking to cancel the order as I would not receive the items in time for my holiday and asked for a full refund to my paypal account. I had a prompt reply from them and a full refund almost immediately. I am very pleased with this - I cannot comment of the quality of the goods though.

Awful company that should be avoided. The clothes aren't like they look on the images on the site. They are cheap and the designs look like they have been ironed on.
I am still battling to return the items and get a refund but they keep emailing me back asking me to take pictures of the goods etc. Basically avoiding sending me a returns address!

terrible!wish I had read these reviews. £66 later, 6 weeks,4 emails and no goods...although from reading theses reviews they wouldn’t be worth getting anyway!

Customer service is not something this company understands. No delivery note, no return address, returns are at buyer's expense, no idea where in the world this company sends items from. The cotton is poor quality and as the motifs are plastic, professional dry cleaning is recommended... ridiculous for cotton! Plus I doubt a dry cleaner would accept them. Wish I had read reviews before buying. The emails are clearly from a non UK company and someone who is not used to dealing with complaints. Sadly I'm going to give up on this.... lesson learned. Don't waste your money people!

Agree with all previous reviews. Wish I had read them before buying. Goods were on cheap, thin, stiff cotton. Size far too small. Was requested to send a photo, why?? wnhen all they did was reply that return costs were higher than the goods were worth and to give it to a friend!! I.E. they do not do returns for rubbish goods. Just wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money on purchasing
