Placed order on 21-08-19 over a week later looked for update for delivery was told half my order was getting made then just last thursday they have told me order out of stock have asked for refund since Thursday but have been ignored so have had to escalate through PayPal not sure how clothes go from being made to being out of stock

My experience seems to be quite typical of other responses on here. Sizing an absolute joke, nowhere near what it should be. Customer services sounds like it is somewhere other than USA!!! - written English on email correspondence was almost unreadable.
Requests for returns address ignored and I was asked to send photos of garments for 'warehouse information'.
I am still waiting for an address to return but will now escalate to Paypal. I have written some warnings on Facebook, but they seem to disappear???? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Like all the reviews on here, I would urge everyone to avoid this lot. The garment arrived, at least two sizes too small so I asked for a refund. That was three weeks ago and four emails ago. Luckily, I only ordered one blouse so only twenty quid or so out of pocket. The quality was OK for the price I suppose though did not look like the photos. A lesson learned.

Sad Trustpilot does not have a no-star rating. They take the money, in our case at the time of order, then deliver 3 weeks later. No returns possible without huge hassle, (no address), and even if you do manage to return the terms and conditions are so tightly worded not sure if you would get a refund. Sizing probably decided by chimpanzees on an off day. Bye-Bye £56 AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I'd advise anyone not to buy from this company , the quality of the clothes is awful . The clothes are made out of the thinnest , cheapest cotton you could buy and the designs are just shapeless , printed rubbish . One top hasn't even been hemmed it's just chopped off with scissors .
I'm not going to bother sending them back as going by other reviews it's not worth the hassle . I'll just put this one down to experience , a lesson learnt DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Ordered two shirts of 3XL, didn't fit at all, Size M at best. Answers via E-Mail come delayed if they come at all, terrible english, nearly not understandable. Try to excuse themselfs out of their responsibilities, I am now escalating it via PayPal. Do not use, do not buy! Scam!

Update: Answer from Beauty US Corp (Obviously a firm behind AliceMelle) via Paypal: I'm to send the goods to China (!), which is nearly as expensive as the shirts themselves. Ridiculous!

Terrible - total scam. Clothes are nothing like described - quality is awful and they won’t give you an address for returns - DO NOT USE !

This is the worst company I have ever gone with. Poor quality items. The biggest con going.say they are in America, yet parcel labels UK. Won't give me a return address and said if I did return, would take 10% of the purchase price. Con, con, con. I've lost £42. Not as much as some people. Don't use them.

Garments are shoddy and none measure the advertised size. Material not as advertised. They told me it's my fault for ordering the wrong size. Will report to Trading Standards. Will try to get my money back through my card provider - called a 'Chargeback scheme'

Wish I had checked this first. I ordered green sandals size 39. Received pink different style size 38. Response from them is that they will not refund but will give me 10% off my next order. As if I’m going to order anything else! Unlikely.

Avoid at all costs. The top arrived,far too small and when I asked for a refund I was told to try it again and if it did not fit give it to a friend. Appalling service, please do not buy anything from this company

Shoddy shoddy company. Expensive so expected good quality! When I asked for a refund, I was told the high customs tax they pay would far outweigh my refund of £34.99 !!!! Really???? Never heard such a thing!!!

Do not order from them. Wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering. Am getting no response to my emails to request a refund for very, very poor quality clothing. lesson learnt. Will now be contacting my credit card company to progress.

Another silly billy here. I thought after ordering, then reading the reviews, that the clothes couldn't be that bad!. WRONG. Think tea towe material.. ..Think old lady nylon pinifore material, 4 items arrived in an A4 envelope, that's how thin they are. Too small and no returns details. DONT be tempted by the clever advertising.

I loved the designs in their adverts and would have loved to have been a customer, but because I had ordered from China before, I was a bit cautious and ordered one top. The top isn't dreadful, but it's not linen, but man made material. The measurements are 10cm less than they advertised so it doesn't fit anyway. I dont understand why they don't sell what they advertise and develop a customer base. Instead they just change their trading name. I will not be buying anything from them again or indeed anything from China. Basically its just a scam and its not even worth complaining because they make it so difficult and you never get your money back.

Avoid. I bought three items, all same size. One is far too big, one too small and the other fits. Quality is very poor. Thin material, no washing instructions or labels. No delivery note.
Contacted them by email to ask for return address. Asked to provide reasons. I did so. They then asked me to send photos of the items for the manager to review. I've refused and will dispute the transaction with my Credit Card company. DO NOT BUY

Well like most other people I saw AliceMelle's clothing come up on my Facebook and fell in love with the clothing on there. Ordered 3 tops totalling £50 odd quid, checked their refund and cancellation policy and thought nothing more of it. Then got a niggling doubt as the merchant name on my bank transaction was LeadChic. Hong Kong. Alarm bells rang then as they state they are US based. So I checked here. Oh how I wish I did that first! Anyway, their cancellation policy states that you can cancel for free up to 24 hours. So I emailed and asked to cancel. I had an email back this morning stating that I cannot in fact cancel, so I have contacted my bank and they will dispute the charge when it clears. Horrific company, very very poor customer service. Please avoid as I wish I had done. No stars if I had my way!!

Like people below I wish I had read these reviews before I bought. The top I bought was suppose to be a large but it wouldn't have fitted a size 10. There was no washing or care instructions, no labels at all apart from an L in the back neck. There was no documentation with the garment so there was no means of sending it back.
I think the whole think is a scam and I am not going to waste my time trying to send the little garment back for a refund. I know I won't get one.

The clothes were priced in Euros, the final payment was in UK Pounds, which I did not notice until too late. The credit card invoice was in US Dollars. I could not see a way to cancel my order on the website.
The clothes have not arrived.
I emailed AliceMelle for a refund. No answer, so I am now getting a refund via my credit card company.
They have a FaceBook page. Yesterday the "customer comments" was full of complaints. Today that part of their site seems to have disappeared.

Update!! Initially said if I ordered again I could have a discount and a special gift! I refused. Then after that, through Paypal, offered me a 20% refund and I could keep the item. This is unacceptable as it doesn't fit and I want 100% refund.
I am dealing only with Paypal now.
Has anyone had a successful outcome? Also the company calls itself Beauty Corps.
Final update. Paypal said I was entitled to full refund but Alice Melle said I had to send it back to China!!!!!Cost far too much especially when the package said Milton Keynes.
