Love this company I have bought many abayas,haijab and even Quran gift sets they all have come in excellent quality and I love the abaya and everything else will be buying from here again

We ordered matching outfit for myself, my daughter, and husband. They cancelled my daughter item and sent out last minute notification. They sent the wrong outfit for myself but somehow they got my husband item right! Thank you for RUINING my Eid. Only 3 days left until Eid

To their defense, they did send an email informing us that the product was sold out; however, it went to my junk mail and was only discovered once I reached out to them via social media.

They also apologised, offered to exchange my outfit, and offered to provide a size up for my daughter.

In conclusion, my feedback to the team is to ensure that the correct items are sent out and to keep better track of stock levels. As a small business, customer service and reliability are key to retaining customers. I am happy to change my star rating from 1 to 4.

Although the white jannat wasn’t available, I bought the black one. The quality of the abaya and the customer service via Instagram is really good. Really fast shipping, they also give fast responses and also have a returns policy unlike other abaya companies which is good to see!

This is not my first order with AlKareem, their customer service is second to none, truly go out of their way to assist you with your queries. The only abaya company whose products look even better in person !

I ordered internationally and wouldn’t recommend it. My package arrived damaged and missing items. At first, I thought the missing items got lost because the package was broken, but when I asked customer service, they insisted everything had been packed—and the email order confirmation said the same.

When I checked with FedEx, they told me only one item was actually listed on the invoice, meaning the missing items were never sent in the first place. Super unprofessional. They did refund me, but the whole experience was frustrating. Definitely not worth the hassle.

I placed a big order a week ago. I ordered 25 Abayas and Thobes together. The abayas and thobes are beautiful and great quality. I had to exchange one or two outfits due to the size differences. They did the exchange without any issues and fast delivery. Very happy and pleased. Thank you! 🙂

I bought a brown abaya in the sale last summer and finally got the chance to wear it to an iftaar event this Ramadhan. I must say it is the most stunninggg abaya, loved everything about it from the material, the embroidery design on the base, the cut and flow of it etc. it was so beautiful to style and wear and all the girlies were asking about it at the event. Lots of love to the girls at Al Kareem x

I had such a disappointing experience with Al Kareem London. I ordered the Amour abaya in teal a few months ago and made sure to follow the size guide on their website. When I finally opened it, I realised the sizing was completely off, even though I ordered according to their instructions.

I contacted their customer service and provided everything they asked for—photos, delivery details, and proof that the abaya was unworn and still in its original packaging. Instead of helping, they kept fobbing me off, hiding behind their exchange policy, even though the mistake was on their end. After weeks of back and forth, they eventually just stopped replying to me.

It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional they’ve been. A business that refuses to take responsibility for its own mistakes and ignores customers when there’s a problem is not one I’d ever buy from again. Avoid!

i basically only wear alkareem jersey hijab and have so much colours. i love the variety of colour selection that there it! the winter abayas are perfect and keep you to warm especially with this harsh winter!!

The best and highest quality abayas!!! Have the hira abaya and the roya abaya and both are so beautiful and such good quality, the hira is definitely my favourite!! It's such a lightweight breathable material, and the beadwork is stunning and is amazing quality, i've worn it multiple times and every time someone compliments it!!!

Ordered the beautiful Madinah abaya.
After the initial parcel was lost by Royal Mail, Al Kareem quickly dispatched a new shipment which arrived the very next day.
Great customer service and item. Lovely, soft and lightweight fabric, with a generous fit.
