All About Audrey is a vintage and bohemian fashion brand, based in Brighton's North Laine. We have some of the most beautiful bohemian and vintage clothing Brighton has to offer - mostly from the 60s and 70s - and we absolutely love Indian prints. A lot of our boho dresses, tops, and skirts are made using vintage fabrics. Most of our handmade pieces are totally unique! Audrey lived a nomadic lifestyle in her early years, travelling around the world working in clubs and bars, and selling handmade jewellery on tourist beaches. She has always loved to collect beautiful pieces of bohemian clothing and accessories - particularly the original Phool and Adini dresses. Her designs are inspired by 1970s fashion houses such as Thea Porter and Biba. Her obsession with wildflowers and free flowing dresses with big bishop sleeves is shown in her designs - particularly the peasant, prairie and smock dresses.

Potentially go up a size

Shipping was fast and everything arrived in good condition. My recommendation would be to triple check your measurements against their suggested fit + size guide - since there's no review system on the actual site itself, there's no way to tell if something runs small unless they explicitly say so in the item description. If you're unsure, or you're in-between sizes, I'd go up a size to be safe. That having been said, everything I ordered was gorgeous, and luckily the dress I ordered was a wrap dress that I was planning on using more as a robe or for layering rather than just wearing by itself, so I'm not too put out by it.

Best for the 70s vibe I look for

Ive been buying from All About Audrey since lockdown, their clothing is well made. Although I shop online I often pop in to the Brighton shop, there's so much to see and it's more fun trying things on in there - it feels like when you were kid dressing up, only your mum doesn't tell you to put it back in the box after lol!!! The ladies are all friendly and theres no high sales push :)

Wrap tops

Beautiful items, very high quality

I ordered 2 of the tapestry tote bags and I’m blown away by the quality and how good they look! The fabric and patterns are so amazing and they hold way more than I was expecting.

I selected store pick up for my order and the bags were available very quickly for me. Their Brighton shop is also a beautiful little treasure trove and Hannah who was working, was so lovely and kind.

I love All About Audrey!

I've loved all of my deliveries from All About Audrey! I'm so happy to have gotten my beautiful tops delivered to me in the US with such care, they are such beautiful quality and definite favorites of mine.

looked stunning in picture but…

It looked stunning in the picture but not quite as I expected, i didn’t like that it turned up squashed up in a tiny plastic bag. Although it still is a pretty coat it’s definitely not worth the money the quality of fabric is thinner than it’ looks in the pic.

beware of returns policy

I placed an order for a jacket for £160 on 19th november. The policy online states that orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. It got to Saturday 23rd it wasnt dispatched so I emailed to cancel my order. I received an automatic response to advise the office was closed and they usually respond with 1-2 working days. I heard nothing and my order was posted Monday afternoon.
I appreciate this may have crossed over with my email saturday morning however this email was never acknowledged even to confirm their cancellation policy.
I emailed again on 26th to ask if I could arrange returning my order. I have no issues with paying the cost of delivery for the return however I was then advised they had a 5% restocking fee. This is in breach of Consumer Rights as the most a company can charge is the cost of delivery for the return. I confirmed with this the company and advised I would need to contact trading standards.
I had already posted my return (this was posted on 2nd December) The delivery of the return was attempted on 3rd December but wasnt able to be delivered but was delivered on 4th December.
On 3rd December I was advised that returns are processed on Tuesdays. I was also advised in this email that restocking fees are not charged for coats (regardless it is illegal) and they sent me a link for a free return. I confirmed they werent in to receive the delivery I had already posted with royal mail 24 hour delivery and sent the tracking code.
As of the time of writing my email has not been acknowledged.
I buy from small businesses often and this is truly the worst experience I have ever had.
From a customer service point of view they already knew they had messed up in the situation as they advised in email that although their cancellation policy is 3 hours if they had got my email before they posted it they would have cancelled it and they also dont know why it took so long to be posted. You would think they would have looked out for my return and processed my refund early.
It has put me off ever shopping with them again.
