The Allison Homes charter is our promise to you, as a home buyer as to what you can expect with regards to the level of service and commitment from us to you. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Reservation At the point you have made your decision to buy your new home, you will complete a pre reservation form detailing information in relation to the chosen home. You will complete the checklist and the reservation agreement, setting out the key terms and conditions of the purchase including the price, reservation period and other important information relating to your new home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Meet the builder When you reserve your new home, an appointment will be made by the sales executive for you to meet your dedicated experienced site manager. This will give you the opportunity to watch your home progress, review timings and plans and to raise any questions you may have in relation to your home. Points of contact We will also provide you with a main point of contact during the whole home buying process. This member of staff will assist you with any information you may need during your reservation, your moving in experience and beyond. Once you move into your new home, we will supply you with your homeowner handover documentation providing advice on the safety rules on how to keep you and your family safe during this time. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Pre- plaster inspection Prior to moving in you will be invited by the sales executive to attend a pre- plaster inspection with your site manager, who will provide you with a guided tour of your new home. This is a chance to see the chosen house type design, the positioning of plumbing and electrical positions and to finally confirm the “just for you” that you have already ordered for your home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟New Home Demonstration You will be invited to attend your new home demonstration prior to you taking occupation of your new home. This is a guided tour to help you become familiar with your home including where everything is located, dealing with operational aspects, other various features and ensuring that you are happy with your home. It is important that you attend your new home demonstration as from our experience many customers find it invaluable in getting to know their new home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Quality Assured and Warranty information Your home will be built in accordance with the relevant planning permission, building regulations and industry standards. In addition, your home will be inspected during the construction phases and on completion day you will be provided with a quality assured certificate. Your home will also be covered by a 10-year warranty provided by either NHBC/ LABC or equivalent. Details of this will be supplied on a memory stick following completion. Congratulations you have completed on your new home & our commitment continues Courtesy Call Within a few days of you legally completing the purchase of your new home you will be contacted by a member of our team, to ensure all is well. We will then make an appointment to review how you are settling into your new home. We call this the “14 Day Settling In” review. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟14 day settling in review Occasionally things may not be quite right and some items may need clarification when you move into your new home. The aim of the “14 Day Settling In” review is to discuss your new home, obtain feedback from you on the process and to agree with you on any items that may need sorting out. We will then coordinate with you as to when these works will be carried out. After the initial 14-day review and you have agreed that any required works have been completed you will be passed over to our dedicated aftercare service team who are there to deal with any warranty aspects for a two-year period after your purchase. In the first instance if you need to raise an issue you should email customercare@larkfleethomes.co.uk detailing the matter. The after-care service team will contact you to discuss the situation. Great experience

We have had a great experience with the viewing and reserving process of buying our first house from Allison Homes. Annabelle and Sophie were extremely attentive and replied instantly to any queries we had, no matter what time or day. They made sure to explain things in Lehman’s terms so we completely understood everything. They were a pleasure to deal with and would recommend them both to anyone.

Manthorpe Chase

My partner and I went to view the homes at Manthorpe Chase and had a wonderful experience with Rachel. She was kind, welcoming, and genuinely did everything she could to help us find a place we could truly call home.
I would highly recommend Rachel. She was never pushy, always understanding, and gave us all the time we needed. She made the whole experience feel personal, which is exactly how it should feel when you’re buying a house.
We’ve viewed several new-build developments and met many sales executives, but Rachel is by far the best we’ve dealt with.

A nice home and good after service

We have been in our new home at Fernwood for almost 8 months. During that time we have had some minor snags. We have 2 small items that are being dealt with. Apart from that all of our other issues have been dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner. Our thanks to our main contact, Tareena, and the various contractors who have all been very helpful.

Fantastic customer service

We recently completed our purchase with Allison Homes at their Beaufort Gardens Estate, and the entire experience has been outstanding. The team on the ground have been absolutely marvellous.

Throughout the buying process, Angie went above and beyond to answer our queries, always prioritising our needs and making the process as seamless as possible. Her level of customer care is truly faultless.

Grant, the site manager, was equally exceptional. He consistently went out of his way to ensure the standards delivered were of the highest quality and continued to do so even after we had moved in.

We couldn’t be more thankful to have dealt with such a dedicated team throughout the process and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Myself and my wife Emma moved into our new home a week after getting married in September.
Although issues through the process and since moving in…..I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Courtney Goodwin and Laura Newton for everything they have been doing and done over the past few months. Nothing has been to much and they have been fantastic with going above and behind. A mention for Kevin who came to the house last week to sort a few snag issues and went above and beyond and to Gage for always being on hand to help!

Warm welcome

We didn’t have an appt but were warmly welcomed. Explained our situation and was given lots of information about the homes, plots and site. Shown around the show homes and was given some fabulous knowledge about the best plots for our family situation. Lovely homes just need to sell ours now!

Smooth and supportive experience as first time buyers

We have had a wonderful experience buying our first home with Allison Homes, at Venus Fields.
As newbies to this, it comes with a lot of apprehension and a feeling that you might be taken advantage of or miss something important through lack of knowledge but Kaya was and still is such a wonderful support. We had a very speedy move from a rental into our beautiful new home, right before Christmas, and I think it surprised everyone we told. No-one thought it could be done in 26 days from first viewing a home to getting the keys, and I know it is quite an exception but Kaya and Charlotte were always on hand to help us through the process and keep everyone working hard to get us into our forever home for Christmas! Kaya is extremely innovative and progressive in her approach and she guided us to use AI to help us write emails and check contracts etc. This made the process so much smoother and quicker for us and was a brilliant way for us as FTBs to feel confident in learning the lingo and the process of buying a home.
The house itself is beautiful - it’s finished to a high standard, is an excellent size and we love the location. Being a smaller development than some others we’d looked at, was a huge appeal and Needham Market is a lovely market town.
We couldn’t be happier with the whole process so far and would highly recommend Allison Homes and the wonderful staff at Venus Fields.
