You will complete the checklist and the reservation agreement, setting out the key terms and conditions of the purchase including the price, reservation period and other important information relating to your new home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Meet the builder When you reserve your new home, an appointment will be made by the sales executive for you to meet your dedicated experienced site manager. This will give you the opportunity to watch your home progress, review timings and plans and to raise any questions you may have in relation to your home. Points of contact We will also provide you with a main point of contact during the whole home buying process. This member of staff will assist you with any information you may need during your reservation, your moving in experience and beyond. This is a chance to see the chosen house type design, the positioning of plumbing and electrical positions and to finally confirm the “just for you” that you have already ordered for your home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟New Home Demonstration You will be invited to attend your new home demonstration prior to you taking occupation of your new home. In addition, your home will be inspected during the construction phases and on completion day you will be provided with a quality assured certificate. Your home will also be covered by a 10-year warranty provided by either NHBC/ LABC or equivalent. Details of this will be supplied on a memory stick following completion. Congratulations you have completed on your new home & our commitment continues Courtesy Call Within a few days of you legally completing the purchase of your new home you will be contacted by a member of our team, to ensure all is well. We will then make an appointment to review how you are settling into your new home. We call this the “14 Day Settling In” review. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟14 day settling in review Occasionally things may not be quite right and some items may need clarification when you move into your new home. The aim of the “14 Day Settling In” review is to discuss your new home, obtain feedback from you on the process and to agree with you on any items that may need sorting out. After the initial 14-day review and you have agreed that any required works have been completed you will be passed over to our dedicated aftercare service team who are there to deal with any warranty aspects for a two-year period after your purchase. Home buying the right way

They say that moving house is one of the most stressful things on your lifetime but can honestly say buying my house with Allison Homes has been brilliant. Sales executives Val and Josh have guided me through the process of choosing the right home to suit my needs and had all the patience in the world in assisting me with my choices. Although Josh originally did the reservation, Val has taken over through to completion and been there to help through it all. Yes there’s been some minor issues but no matter what you mentioned have been all planned to put right and had the reassurance from Site Manager Gage that everything’s ok. It’s nice to know that ‘me’ as a customer feels listened too. Nothing was ever too much bother - they must have got sick of me keep coming down to the sales office !!!

Lovely staff

Throughout a long and frustrating period due to a leak in my bathroom, Tareena has been incredibly helpful organising all the work and keeping me updated. A big shout out to Rob, also who has been equally helpful and taken a lot of time getting to the bottom of the issue and finally resolving it!

it would be no stars but you can't give…

it would be no stars but you can't give that. The sales team just don't want to sell you a house. We have put in a complaint to customer services and you get a reply then it just stops. This is probably the worst expierience from a house builder we've ever encounterd and this is before you buy a house so hate to think what it would be like when you have. So many unanswered emails go by and when you do get an occasional reply they clearly haven't read your email and one of their excuses was we are sorry your email must have got deleated by mistake !!!
We have now asked our complaint to be escalated to a director and ask for details who to write to but as yet some 3 weeks or more have past and still no reply (again) it seems like the sales team are clearly not in a buiness to sell you a house.

Angie was amazing from start to finish

Angie was amazing from start to finish, we can’t thank her enough for all the support she gave us, from first seeing the property to moving in day! She was always at the end of the phone and reassured us through the stressful bits of the purchase, she went above and beyond and we could not of done it without her, thank you Angie!
Once moved in, Paula has been so lovely and friendly and although we still have outstanding snags, I have full trust in Paula that she will sort these, she is always at the end of the phone and very friendly. All the other Allison staff members that we have met throughout our journey have been extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend Allison homes.

Helpful and informative

I went to the sales office in Kings Meadow last week for some information as I’m thinking of moving into the area. Sean was very helpful and informative, answered my questions fully, explained the timescales - and even allowed my friend to steal his pen!
When my own house sells I will certainly return to talk to Sean to check availability.
