We had a road accident and our car lost a wheel in the middle of a residential street. We called Allkentrecovery and they sent someone immediately to recover our vehicle. The service was fast but above all they were really understanding and accommodating, gave us advice and reassure us. They were friendly and very professional, which is what you need in difficult situations like after a road accident. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Helped recover my hybrid and delivered it to my home within a couple hours. Will be using them again to transport my vehicle for repair. Very friend and helpful throughout.

I recommend Ali's services with all confidence. I was blocked with a FORD TRANSIT CUSTOM at the Ferry Port in Dover. Although I was ready for the road, the car broke down, and I barely managed to get into the park. I found Ali on Google, and I called him - he immediately answered, quickly confirmed the details and location where I was going to be lifted. After a while, he reached the spot, took my van, and transported it safely. Prompt, professional and trustworthy service. Thank you again!

I contacted them this morning when a problem concerning the emergency key on my Lexus. Lexus were not much help but the guy I spoke to here (sorry I didnt ask his name) solved the problem promptly. He ssaid he didn't want me to have the cost of a call out if he could fix it over the phone. They will be my first call if I'm in trouble. Thank you!

Good service, took the car to garage I wanted. Helpful. Hopefully won't need to use a recovery service again but would use them if I did.

I used Nectarine House Ltd t/a All Kent Recovery last week. The recovery itself was carried out ok but the driver said my vehicle was over loading his own vehicle??

However, after the job I requested a proper receipt showing the company’s VAT number, as VAT had been added to the phone quote of £195. Since then, I have made several attempts to contact the company to obtain this information. Note the Director Muhammed ZORLU is running a "dormant" company and has dissolved 2 others linked to him.

The person answering the phone refused to give me his name and could only come up with Joe. He accused me of being a police officer (bizarre) when asking for his full name and a receipt (must have touched a nerve). This male then hung up on me - very brave. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to obtain a valid VAT number or an invoice. These are the actions of fraudsters.

I have only asked for a standard receipt with VAT details, which any VAT-registered business should be able to provide. If anyone else has been treated this way make sure you use the HMRC reporting tool.

My overall experience with Nectarine House Ltd has been unprofessional and unresolved. Based on this, I would not recommend use this company.

I became stranded after engine issue and had to Google to find recovery. As a lone female this is quite a vulnerable position to be in especially as I was far from home in an unfamiliar area. I was quoted £195 for recovery home with a £50 deposit over the phone. Told recovery would be under an hour and it was just over. Kevin turned up he seemed friendly and helpful. He did comment that his truck wasn't really meant for cars of my size but it was loaded carefully etc. On arrival home Kevin said the price was £195 +vat. And that bank transfer was required. I did query the £50 deposit as my card details were taken and he said it was to prevent messers. I couldn't check whether a deposit had been taken or not so had to trust it hadn't. He said the total had to be by bank transfer to Nectarine House Limited. Again a bit odd and Kevin had to ring whoever was receiving the money to check it had been received. I've had time to think about this now and it all feels scammy and now realising I should have asked for a receipt and evidence of a VAT number - consumers should always be quoted Vat inclusive prices. This all felt less than professional and sharp practice in hindsight, hence the review.
