Good but Prime deliveries are on the decline!
As always, a great range with low pricing but I have noticed that Prime deliveries seem to be on the decline. From Black Friday, right through to the new year, deliveries often took 2-3 days and we had one parcel that vanished in transit. They need to stop cutting corners with the sub-contracted delivery companies and employ their own staff (like Argos do).

I do have issues with ordered items whther directly Amazon or Marketplace however the customer service is excelletn. Refund or replacement is immediate.
Took a prime membership 2 years back..
Took a prime membership 2 years back and still happy for the price! Had a few mishaps here and there but was quickly fixed by the customer service team. Happy customer!
Leaking my contact info to 3rd parties leading to spam
I like amazon a lot as they are convenient and also with prime get you parcels fast.
But, the issue I have is they keep leaking my personal contact info to other 3rd party sellers, I've had ongoing discussions with them about this and they say they don't do it, then when they look into the evidence I provide they apologise. It doesn't give me trust in how they handle my data. I'm not spammed by lots of their sellers. It's really worrying and makes me angry they default to being in denial about this.

Exceptional website, recommend prime and same day delivery is incredible! Prices could be a bit lower though however its still amazing! 9/10 for me!

Long standing customer LOST!!
I have been using Amazon now for the last few years and the service provided has now become so bad that I will no longer be using them.
After spending over £600 on my recent Amazon order i needed to return the items so i packaged the items back in the packaging they were sent in and the only option to send them back was with Hermes (why a company like Amazon uses a company like Hermes for a product of this value is another thing - check out Hermes trust pilot!)
So I printed the label out as requested and dropped off at my local Hermes drop off point. Received confirmation that it was sent and was then told I should expect my refund in the next few days. I received my refund for one of the items however the other two items although sent together had supposedly not been received.
After numurous calls to there joke of a customer service number, who are not based in the UK and so constantly battling with language barriers explaining the situation i was constantly told i needed to wait additional days before i received my refund. After waiting additional days i called Hermes to find out that the tracking information that had been supplied by Amazon was in fact for a completely different customers order way back in November. Which some what worries me as are they sharing my details with other customers???
Its taken over 14 phone calls numerous emails back and forth, threatening legal action, so many hours of my time in order to get my refund.
Since then I thought I would give them another go this time they sent the item via DPD. (order value £700, so we are not talking small value items here) The following day I was home all day to collect the parcel as i pay for Prime membership (Now been cancelled) waiting in all day to receive to be sent and email in the evening from Amazon to say there is a delay. Three days went by to be told that the items has been lost in transit however I have to give them another five days in order to find the item before they will refund the item.
Goodbye Amazon I am done with your company and since leaving you I have found that there are so many other companies out there selling things for far less than you so I am not only making a saving of £79 for my prime but also on the items I buy. Also its nice dealing with people from the UK who are fluent in English!

Several dealings and transactions tried and tested with excellent service. I think it fair to also note I found some companies let down their Irish clients with range, deliveries and communications but this is a very refreshing company to deal with, I find them professional and I have had no issues whatsoever, thank you
Customer Service an absolute joke
A month after ordering an £850 rowing machine still no sense, despite 3, I repeat 3 updates saying your delivery will be with you by 8pm. Helpdesk are an absolute joke, all they want to do is offer you a measly £5 and close the conversation as quickly as possible. As a heavy user of Amazon, I shall now be shifting my spending to other retailers who value my custom.
Untrustworthy & lack transparency
I have had my reviews suppressed and am unable to leave any further reviews as Amazon allege that I have “violated” Community Guidelines. the reasons they give are generic and refuse to provide specific information.
This lack of transparency means they are untrustworthy and their reputation is at risk.
they claim to be customer centric but accusing a customer, deciding they are guilty and not providing details is underhand behaviour.

Awful costumer service. Three conflicting emails send and I still unsure what's the actual solution to my problem!

Got a compensation in the end. Wish they would give in sooner though.
