Never ever buy from them

Never ever buy from them. I am still struggling to get my refund. Although the website says "Full money back guarantee" they try everything not to refund any money. Only way to contact is email and they take ages to reply. Now they are telling me to send the item in original packing and otherwise money will be deducted. There was absolutely no original packing and the item was sent to me in a plastic bag with no labelling or instructions to use etc.

2. We will need the product to be in original packaging and good condition please.
3. If the original packaging is not sent back to us, the cost of packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.

Purchased shoes that were too small and…

Purchased shoes that were too small and returned them. The return policy doesn't cover the return cost of postage, so it did cost us nearly £8 to return the items, but apart from that was easy and quick

Overall, very happy.

I ordered a product to help aid posture. There was a small issue with the product, which I told them about. They responded quickly and sent a replacement through straight away. Happy with the replacement so all good.
Overall, very satisfied.

Disorganised - missing parcel

I ordered a device from this site a long time ago. They sent no receipt, despite the order going through, and a long time later when I was scratching my head wondering if I had actually bought the thing, I managed to track down the order page by going into my browser history. Sure enough, the order had gone through, and I had a number - #6382. I have had no word on where this parcel is, and it should at the very least be in transit by now, since the office is apparently based in London and the website says it takes 7-17 days to deliver parcels. I went to the effort of downloading the "shop" app that the order page says to use to access parcel whereabouts, and after inputting my tracking number and carrier, there were no details. It merely says "waiting on details". I've sent them two e-mails, went to their website to see that they have no contact number, and after spending a while writing into the contact form of their website, was met with a "404 not found" message upon submitting.

Extremely unprofessional company - so far a bad customer experience.

1. We have an automated system to send the order receipts. There is no way that our customers wouldn't get them. However there are instances when the email may land into your spam folder because it may contain product links. So I would please request you to check your spam folder.

2. There is a technical time lag when the tracking status reflects on the tracking website. We have already shared with you on the email. I can confirm that your order is on its way.

3. Please note you have sent us 2 emails in the span of 15 minutes only. We request you for some time to check and respond back to you.

Faulty device

Received my order, the packaging was damaged inside its bubble wrap, the device does not look new, the buttons are loose and wobbly on the device and the sonic button does not work.
I have tried to contact ammpoure but have not received any response.

Extremely slow delivery

Extremely slow delivery - Tracking details given are incorrect , email reply to my question has a limited answer without any real details , and thats even before I receive the product !!
Shipping time given is 7 - 15 days - from LONDON ? On day 11 now and after an enquiry regarding tracking only get the information of " Its on its way " ! I could have walked there and collected it quicker !!

Dear Coleman, While placing the order all our customers are fully made aware of the shipping time. Tracking happens on Royal Mail - if there is a technical problem on their website, that is out of control. Whatever information we give is in full honesty.

Should of listened to my instincts as…

Should of listened to my instincts as when I called this company they only had one number which was a mobile number which I thought was a little suspicious, and which no one never answered. Anyway due to my poor judgement I ordered 2 items a couple of days ago and still recieved no notifications saying that they were on their way, then when I went onto their website only to find out that it says they are permanently closed.Yep definitely a scam unfortunately. Lesson learnt if something seems suspicious don't buy any items from these scam artists.
