This is terrible service
This is terrible service. I purchased the Ultrasound Cavitation EMS 3 in 1 fat & cellulite remover and it’s not working. I’ve emailed the helpline and did the chat but no reply. I will return by post but scared I’m just going to lose my money which I really couldn’t afford but hoped it would help my body confidence. Soooo disappointed with Ammpoure. Hope they step up and make this right

Item has arrived but doesn't work. Watch this space regarding returns policy.
So far- the transaction has gone according to 'what it says on the tin'. I bought an ultrasound machine at a very competitive price and it arrived, with the machine itself appearing brand new and unopened. The outer packaging looked slightly scruffy, but I appreciate that items can sometimes travel long distances with freight. The device, however, does not switch on. So, as per cancellation policy, I am now arranging its return, either for replacement or refund. I'm contacting the company within the 30 day policy and I'll feed back to Trustpilot regarding the outcome.
No reply from the online contact box today and no phone number to ring, but clear refund policy with return postage address linked to the 'contact us' webpage. I'm posting tomorrow with proof of postage and I'll update you good people on how events transpire.

Update on Dec 4th- I've had an email stating that the returned device actually worked with them, but they've offered a refund or replacement. I've asked for a refund so I'll now keep an eye on the bank statements and feed back on the outcome.

ORDER NEVER RECEIVED
I have not received my order I have tried to email a couple of times saying I still haven’t received my order but had no response. The one time I did get a response they told me my order would take 17 working days at the absolute most. I ordered a hair razor on the 19th of October which was month ago and 22 working days ago and I still have not received it. My tracking number is not working so I cannot see where my order is. I have requested a refund and had no one reply to me about my refund either shocking customer service, have literally just stole my money and refused to talk to me. So disappointed was a anniversary present and have now lost my money and had to buy and new present.

Absolutely terrible customer service, according to the DHL express tracking number that I was provided with, the item I ordered to be delivered to my address in the UK is shown as delivered to an address in Germany, the Ammpoure website is showing my order as fulfilled even though I haven’t received anything, I have sent numerous emails and the last reply I had (4 days ago) told me that he could see that the item is shown as been delivered to Somewhere in Germany, I’ve tried contacting DHL direct and was told that they can only deal with the company that’s supposed to be sending the item.
I really don’t know where to go from here
Regarding the reply I’ve received from Ammpoure - I’ve requested a tracking number and/or details of the courier company they’re using but have been completely ignored again

I would give this company zero if I could placed an order for knee support said 3/7 days delivery got email to say was dispatched after second day of order made 10 days later still no item so contacted them and got a poor reply saying it was on its way over 3 weeks later it turned up I returned it unopened now they say it is 3/4 weeks to get a refund because my bank might be slow in processing it thankfully I paid through PayPal and have passed my complaint on to them I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
This company replied to my honest review stating that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they have processed my refund ASAP but the truth is I returned my unopened item a week ago and have proof it was delivered yet I have still not had my refund this is the worst company I’ve had the misfortune the buy from

I bought a smart watch from them, shortly after receiving the watch it started to go faulty, initially the buttons wouldn't work, then the display went strange, now it doesn't work at all, I used the chat on the web site and was asked to send a video of the faulty watch, so did this, then heard nothing, Tried chat again and they said it had been passed to some department, eventually got an email asking for me to send videos, I replied and said I have already done that, then heard nothing a for a few weeks, so sent email to ask about it and got a reply saying, can you confirm that you have returned the faulty watch back to us. I think they are just stalling and wasting time. very poor after sales service, The original delivery also took a long time. Also seen the watch on Amazon for a lot cheaper. I do question if I ever will get a working watch, I think they just want to wear you down until you give up.
Just a note, at every stage I was asked if I wanted a a replacement or refund and I replied every time a replacement.

My brown Bunion corrector sandals are very narrow, bronze, shiny plastic not a textured fabric as shown online. The soles are also different/thinner than advertised. Having read the reviews here on Trustpilot I thought I might get a reply more quickly by posting here than waiting for them to reply to my emails!!

Back posture brace, rubbish, avoid.
Bought a posture back brace thingy.
The metal adjusters sit under my armpit therefore I cannot lower my arms as it hurts? I mean how on earth could anyone wear this. Also nor great quality for the price. Got a better one on amazon for 13 quid. I did email them and ask for address to return, they said can they send a replacement instead. My reply was surely the issue would be the same and that I wasn't that impressed with the quality. They never replied and never sent me return address. My advice is avoid, like many other customers! £36 in the bin.
