Shady
The guy came out and charged 200 for 15 minutes of work to fix my dryer and then failed to properly diagnose my fridge. When I called the girl was rude. Also their site says new customers get a 15% discount but I did not get it. It's a scam. When I asked for it she said "well you didn't mention it when you called" and I most certainly did. She just hung up on me at that point.
