I love everything I bought and each item fits perfectly with one exception. One dress fits nicely but is so long that even 6 inch heels won't help. I love the dress so my daughter will shorten it. Thankyou!

Price and the quality of the material

Pink jacket looks nothing like your picture and I contacted customer service. They want pictures but harlarioudsly there’s no way to attach pictures. I’m assuming this helps with NOT allowing or making returns impossible. Vicki Coiro

Two of the three items did not fit and they only offered a less than 100% refund. They let me keep the cloths but they didnt fit so that doesnt help

I did not order from this site, but from another duplicate site using a different name. They are all the same, saying they are a U.S. company (mine was Georgia) when the orders take weeks and months and travel from China. The dresses I ordered were like shower curtain material but on the video it was a beautiful soft knit fabric. They had no room for boobs larger than B cup. When I queried about the length of time they said they are preparing the fabric right now. I fought for a return and after a battle they gave me a partial refund. I could not give them away and ended up dropping them in a donation box. These companies are SCAM.

I absolutely love ordering from Arnuz! The items are EXCELLENT quality, they look and fit well. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is because it takes the items a little long to arrive. It takes about 2-3 weeks after placing the order to receive it, tracking is also a little difficult, but when they arrive I am always extremely happy. The items are well packaged and they look great.

The product was as shown very lovely. The experience was positive. Did not know the Company so had no o idea what to expect but was pleased with my order. Next time will take advantage of free shipping offer

The product was shipped immediately. No waiting for updates just done. I am always a little skeptical about orders off of Instagram or Facebook but not disappointed in the speed of delivery for this one.

Previously ordered a year ago and items arrived as expected and good quality. Ordered over 70 items in Nov 23 for my wife and arrived 2 months later(after constant emailing on my order) only to find half the items missing, wrong items and not one single item to be as advertised. Extremely inferior quality, and not and in many cases on even the same item as representing. No phone number for customer service as an “American company”, these items are direct from China, with no representatives in the US.

All 3 items were exactly as expected. I will shop here again.

Service and support is declining. Not worth the hassle to engage. Also the actual use of American designs and/or production combined with the placement of the flag is offensively misleading.

It took over a month to receive my order.

They did keep me alert of my order I had a few items that held up my order as they were being produced Took longer than it has in the past But they did keep me updated along the way

The clothes are well made, stylish and not everyone has the same items I have ordered. Love it

Shipping was quick, clothing quality was very good. Sizes were spot on.

This company provided an exceptionally poor experience. After waiting two weeks for my package with no updates, I had to contact them multiple times for delivery information. They even refused to cancel my order, claiming it was in processing. When the package finally arrived, it seemed to have gone through a strange route.

To make matters worse, one of the sweaters didn't match my purchase, and when I requested a return, they stated they only accept returns for damaged items. I'm grateful I didn't lose more than $100, but I won't be buying from them again. Their service was truly awful.

Great quality and shipping. Unfortunately, sizing does not match US sizes. Regifted item.

I never got my dresses. The customer service is horrific. I was forced to go to the bank and call the better business bureau. If I did get my dresses I may have ended up returning them because my daughter and my cousin both had to return them because they were poor cheap quality and a couple ran small.

This "company" is a scam who I believe is out of China. My dress came defective and they wanted to give me $8.00--I paid $60. Will dispute the charge with my credit card company

Horrible!!! See-through, defective items. Refuse to issue a refund… tried to give me $16 for a $55 dress… such a headache dealing with them. Regret ordering :(

The clothing is cheaply made, cheap fabric and doesn't look anything like the photos on the website. Don't waste your time. Customer service does communicate but they try to offer you a minimum amount of $ in exchange for keeping the items instead of returning it. I asked for a full refund several times and they told me not to return the items but I am going to go through the process of returning them because I have no use for the items. They are not in the US but in UAE. Be careful and I discourage anyone from purchasing from them.
